Pros:

The location is convenient enough to the CBD. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The room really needed a good clean. The bedding was fine, but otherwise things were very grimy. The chairs were covered in old crumbs and stains, the carpet needed vacuuming, clearly nobody had looked under the bed in a while because there was a lot of rubbish under there, and the whole room had a strange smell. The light in the bathroom didn't work. The shower was either scolding hot for 20 seconds or freezing cold. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in neighboring rooms and the hallway - not a place for light sleepers. Reading through past reviews these are all things that have been previously raised by other guests and despite the hotel's responses, have not been addressed.

No sleep due to arguments in hotel floor jsit don’t stay here pay a bit extra get somehere decent

Homeless crackheads screaming in the street, woman argument all night in hotel waking everyone up hookers coming in and out dirty dingy place security didn’t care terrible place I would rather sleep on the streets
