Disappointing
Pros:

We liked the roominess of the room. Also the staircase as you come into the main lobby. Our room overlooked a pasture with a couple horses out back. And breakfast was included

Cons:

The description and picture showed a hot tub in our room. But when we got there it was a jet tub NOT a hot tub. We talked to 2 different staff at different times at the front desk. They said Booking.com made the description and there was nothing they could do to help us. Seemed like a scam. But we had already paid for it so we were stuck. Wouldn’t stay with this hotel again and not sure about using booking.com again.

Everything was great! A little dated but I would take a little dated and a very clean hotel over a modern dirty hotel!

Pros:

Very very nice, really clean, easy to get to, outside the grounds were nice and kept up, the best hotel that I've stayed in, loved it, will stay there again. Breakfast was great.

A pleasant surprise and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The room was very nice. It was very clean and the furnishings were in good shape. We traveled with a dog so I'm always a little concerned about room cleanliness as I've encountered fleas in pet rooms before. But this room was wonderful and spotless. The breakfast was standard, omelets, toast, sausage. The juice machine was broken. But it does the trick when you're getting ready to hit the road again.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Good place to spend the night.
Pros:

Everything was clean. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Even though the hotel is very near the freeway we did not hear any noise, but we did ask for a room on the back side.

Cons:

There was really no problem at all. The hotel was in an are of hotels and was easy to find. Eveything was clean and not worn out.

Getting a Hotel in this location off Eagle Rd. I would recommend staying at the Hampton!
Pros:

Beds were okay.

Cons:

No juices at breakfast, no muffins, no bagels, no doughnuts, only sausage and watered eggs. Breakfast was horrible in comparison to what it had been in the past. The pool was cold and only open until 10 pm, and the pool is at the end of the Hotel, so it can't disrupt people to be open until at least 1030 pm.

It’s time to update the facility.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Dated furnishings. Carpets looked stained. Cleaning was good for how old everything felt. Mold in the very corners of the shower (caulking was turning black).
