Задоволителен.
Pros:

Харесва ни реставрацията на стаите. Закуската. Гледката от ресторанта на последния етаж.

Cons:

Имаше ремонти и шума беше от сутрин до вечер. Нямаше почивка между 14:00-16:00, вечер шума беше до 20:00. Според мен за хората, които са дошли за почивка или посещение в болницата това е доста некомфортно.

Einmal und nie wieder
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich und geben sich mühe in einem Umfeld das keine 5 Sterne verdient. Das Zimmer war enigermassen sauber.

Cons:

1. Ich wollte Abend essen im Hotel Restaurant. Habe einen Cheeseburger bestellt. Das Brot war nicht frisch. Ich weiss nicht was das war aber Käse war es nicht. Der Reis dazu war eiskalt serviert. 2. Wir haben zuerst ein Zimmer erhalten dass wir dann am 2. Tag wechseln mussten da umbauten geplant waren. Für einen Kunden sehr mühsam. Im zweiten Zimmer war der Balkon nicht gereinigt, Zigaretten stumme waren auf dem Balkon vom Vorherigen Gast und das nicht wenige. Der Balkon war nicht gereinigt und zwar seit Monaten nicht. 3. Sie haben einen Aussenpool Anlage worauf wir Blicken konnten. Dieser Pool steht in grünen Wasser mit voller Plastikabfällen. Die Hotellage liegt in einer Industriezone, also mit Blick auf alle Autogaragen Werkstätten.

This place doesn’t deserve even one star. It was a complete disappointment
Pros:

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean. The service quality was far below expectations. The staff was unhelpful and not solution-oriented. I definitely did not receive value for the money I paid. I have also taken photos to document the issues. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was a great experience
Pros:

We stayed in the King Suite and it was absolutely worth it! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking views of the city and Princes’ Islands. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

To make our stay even more special, a famous Turkish series was being filmed at the hotel during our visit—right next to our room! We had the chance to meet some of the cast members, who were so kind, and even took pictures with them.

The staff were all lovely, polite, and very attentive. Overall, it was such a memorable experience, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very bad experience
Pros:

They upgraded my rooms and offered complementary Fruit baskets

Cons:

First of all, They gave me rooms and one of the room's main door was not able to close and washroom was very dirty too
They upgraded my rooms to 09th Floor where its was soo noisy due to Bar and restaurants on 10th Floor
They also charged EUR 100 deposit for Mini bar but they did not return to me. I requested to pay online but they refused
