Comfortable bed , bathroom floor was dirty

It was a decent stay regardless of the minor issue with the first two rooms i was given.
Pros:

Night staff was very helpful. Check in was easy and very quiet place.

Cons:

Toilet paper was empty. The place is a little hard to find if you're driving at night. Had to switch rooms twice. First room the TV did not work and second room there was no electric at all. Third room was 100% fine, everything worked. Staff was very helpful and apologetic about it.

Far from stores, malls and restaurants also the entrance is hidden and the hotel is behind a bar, the the entrance pavement is terrible

Unpleasant on all costs.
Pros:

That Harry Potter was playing all night on the provided tv.

Cons:

The service, the outdatedness, the dishonesty about pet fees, and the organization/cleanliness behind the front desk was embarrassing and the building smelled of cat piss. It said a pet fee might apply, but when we got there, we were charged an additional $90 to keep the pet in our room, whereas our cost was $69. The room we asked for had a king sized bed, when it actually was two twin beds pushed together and the cleanliness was bismal. Toiletries were not provided either.

Disappointing stay and not great value for the price of $82 for the night
Pros:

Breakfast was not healthy and of no interest. Mattress and sheet were the only nice part ( so I at least slept well) but the room was run-down and showed its age. Bed side wall sconces were either not plugged in or partially broken. Bathroom had a big water stain on the ceiling. Furnishing was old and worn out.

This property was absolutely disgusting. Thick dust everywhere and soon as you walk in you smell cigarettes. I liked nothing. No refunds either!

Cons:

The place was like a 200 year old library that crack heads have been staying at.
