The breakfast and the location are excellent...the dinner also...
You must have more informations to the corridors about the way you go to the pools, the changing room and to the exits
The building was beautiful and clean
The hotel is amazing, staff very friendly, the breakfast is fantastic as well as the facilities.
Perhaps the only thing I have to say is that the Wifi could be better.

I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my deposit back, and still nothing.
Customer support used to respond, but now they’ve completely stopped answering me.
This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone — be careful with your money.
Staff, cleanliness and view

Es war unglaublich sauber, das Personal total nett und die Lage des Hotels unglaublich. Ich war schon in vielen 5 Sterne Hotels. In diesem hier hat man sich wirklich besonders gefühlt und als Gast geschätzt. Obwohl es preislich sehr günstig war, konnte es definitiv mit viel viel teureren 5 Sterne Hotels mithalten.
Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

The facility
As im from Dubai, here if we request late check out they gave us free of charge .
But while im staying in 5 star hotel and im already paying big amount of money they request 50 to 100 euro extra and i was disappointed. I know its there right to ask but i wasn’t expected that since i stayed over 4 night
Hotel robi wrażenie na wejściu- ma piękne lobby, personel jest bardzo miły. Jedzenie jest dobre, wybór na śniadaniu i kolacji naprawdę spory. Kolorystyka całego hotelu bardzo spójna i przyjemna. Generalnie jest czysto.
Niestety dwie rzeczy mi bardzo nie pasowały- mój pokój miał widok na jakiś koszmarny plac / boisko, bardzo zaniedbany teren. Sam pokój był jakiś rogowy, krzywy, dziwny. Źle się czułam w takim miejscu. Kolejny problem- wyciszenie okien jest zerowe, przez co hałas nocnego koncertu( raczej masakrycznych jęków bo śpiewem to ciężko było nazwać) z hotelu obok uniemożliwia sen- do pierwszej w nocy bez szans na zaśnięcie. No,i pościel ewidentnie nie była- ona była jedynie odświeżona parownicą. Dało się to odczuć, bo zapach był bardzo nieprzyjemny. Za cenę doby w tym hotelu- uważam że to skandal.
