Eine einzige Katastrophe
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Große Auswahl und frische Gerichte.

Cons:

Der Check war bereits chaotisch inkl. Vorwurf, dass man über Booking gebucht hat statt direkt. Das Zimmer hatte über 30 Grad und die Temperatur liess sich nur 3 Grad verändern. Aufgrunddessen Upgrade in ein "first class" Zimmer (wobei first class in keiner Weise erkennbar war) mit angenehmen Temperaturn, dafür aber Gestank aus dem Kanal. Im Endeffekt war dies eine nahezu schlaflose Nacht mit der Erkenntnis, dass dieses Hotel (zu) sehr in die Jahre gekommen und keine Empfehlung ist. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war aufgrund der diversen Gästebeschwerden so genervt, dass er nur noch murmelte, er mache das nicht mehr lange mit...

Service Top. Zimmer (renoviertes) sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Lage ist für touristische Besuche nicht optimal, weil auch der ÖPNV am Wochenende deutlich reduziert ist. Aber das kann man vorher wissen. Dafür nicht überlaufen und gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksservice waren überdurchschnittlich freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das Matratze war für meine Knochen zu hart.
Die Bettdecke schwer und zu warm.
Die Dusch/-Badewanne war etwas verwinkelt. Man muss schon sehr aufpassen nicht auszurutschen. Das WC wurde zw. Wanne und Waschbecken gesetzt und das WC auch zu tief für Erwachsene auch in d. City so (NRW- Problem!?) Man muss sich stark abstützen beim rein und raus kommen. WC - Deckel versteckt die Spülung. Für eine Zwischenspülung sollte man nicht zu korpulent sein aber gelenkig.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne aber auch sehr alte Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht aus der 16. Etage.

Ein Upgrade in mein Lieblingszimmer erhalten .sehr modern und sauber.Es war sehr ruhig eigentlich rundum super

Das Frühstück war nicht mehr so gut wie früher.Auch wenn viel Personal da war war nicht alles perfekt und Spiegeleier hart zu lange gelegen und auch Das Rührei hat zu lange auf Gäste gewartet.wenig Aufschnitt.
