Man wird leider sehr verschaukelt mit den Bildern.
Pros:

Das Bett war sauber, frisch bezogen.

Cons:

Die Bilder entsprächen nicht dem Vorort, es ist alles veraltet und abgenutzt: das Zimmer, die Lobby, auch die Bar und der Frühstücksraum. Auf der Etage extremer Gulligestank, der sich auch im Zimmer bemerkbar machte. Das Mittagessen nur aufgewärmt, das Burger-Patty war steinhart und trocken. Die Skybar stank nach Fäkalien und die Sitzpolster waren überall abgerieben und die Nähte kaputt.

Waren zum Messe Besuch in Düsseldorf. Hotel liegt zentral
Pros:

Gute Anbindung bzw. da es am Stadtrand liegt kommt man überall gut hin.
Sehr schöne Roof Top Bar im 19 Stock, tolle Aussicht

Cons:

Zimmer doch sehr alter Standard, Teppich, kleines Bad. Leider fanden wir Haare in der Badewanne und in den Ecken. Klimaanlage Schalter hing aus der Wand

Sehr schöne Rooftop-Bar, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere im Restaurant- und Bar-Bereich.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung sehr marode und eher altbacken, Fahrstuhl-Situation unglücklich, Gepäckservice bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden... komischer Geruch in den öffentlichen Bereichen wie Bars und Restaurant, der auch von anderen Gästen wahrgenommen wurde.

Pros:

Super nettes Reinigungs- und Rezeptionspersonal!
Das reichhaltige Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen.
Die Skybar/Skylounge ist ein Highlight mit guten Getränken(auch alkoholfrei!), sehr freundlichem Personal und leckeren Speisen für den kleinen Hunger.
Hotelkunden haben hier den Vortritt.
In den Betten lässt es sich gut schlafen.

Die Messe war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Ca. 10min mit dem Taxi um die 20€>

Cons:

Das parken im hauseigenen Parkhaus, ist ganz schön saftig mit 23€ für 24std.
Vor allem wenn nur 1/3 belegt ist.
Und der Hotel Kiosk ist wirklich sehr hochpreisig...
Ansonsten haben wir für unsere Erwartungen eines Messe Aufenthaltes nichts zu bemängeln.

Zimmer nicht so neu wie auf den Bildern

Nettes Personal und schöne Lobby

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt. Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, da die Bilder der Zimmer sehr schön waren.
Ich hatte insgesamt 3 verschiedene Zimmer. Keines davon war neu. Es war alles in Stil der 80/90 Jahre.
Für das Alter war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Nur hab ich eben etwas ganz anderes erwartet.
Dann war das Problem die Klimaanlage. Es war super super heiß im zimmer. Auch wenn die Klimaanlage auf der kleinsten Stufe war. Die musste man ausmachen. Vorallem war die auch laut.
Wenn man ins zimmer zurück gekommen ist, hat das Personal die Klimaanlage angemacht. In zimmer hat es dann gefühlt 40 Grad und man muss erstmal lüften, da man kaum atmen kann.

Mein zimmer hatte auch eine Mikrowelle, diese war aber leider kaputt.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das muss man loben.

So ein schönes Hotel, zur Messezeit aber überfordert.
Pros:

Helle saubere Zimmer, schönes Bad. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ich denke, dass es generell ein sehr nettes Frühstück ist, aber wenn es eine, oder zwei Messen gibt und das Hotel ausgebucht ist und weiß, das alle Gäste gleichzeitig zum Früshtück erscheinen, dann erwarte ich vom Managment entsprechende Personalplanung.
Es mangelte an Kaffe, an Tellern, Schüsseln, Besteck und auch sonst wurde zu langsam nachgefüllt.
