Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück gut, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter vom Housekeeping haben die Gästeaufzüge benutzt, sodass man mit Staubsaugern und Wäschewagen zwischen den Etagen unterwegs war. Suboptimal.

Cons:

Very unfriendly receptionist, very rude and poor reception staff .

You definitely need to check the night shift staff at the reception desk, maybe ask them to smile or show more respect and support for clients (as many other guests mentioned that)

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum Frankreich Fest zu empfehlen, nur nicht Zimmer 916!
Pros:

Die gute Lage, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, die RoofTop Bar.

Cons:

Das Bad, klein mit zu hohem Einstieg in die Wanne zum Duschen (ca.55 cm) , keine Haltegriffe. Man muss fast über die Toilette klettern, die in einer Ecke gerade noch Platz hatte. In meinem Alter eine sportliche Herausforderung.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Bequeme betten.

Cons:

Kleines, verwinkeltes Bad. TG Stellpreis mit 23€/Tag zu teuer. Frühstucksraum zu klein für die Hotelgröße.
