Horrible, unsanitary and staff were not helpful AT ALL.
Cons:

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare from the moment I checked in. Within just a few hours of being in the room, I discovered a bug on the bed—completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. This was my first day there, and instead of feeling comfortable, I immediately felt uneasy and wanted to leave.

I went straight to the front desk, showed them photos as proof, and requested a refund so I could check out and find somewhere else to stay. Rather than handling the situation with urgency or basic customer care, the staff were incredibly stubborn and dismissive. They refused to fully refund me for the night, even though I had only been in the room a short time and clearly had a valid reason to leave.

What made things worse was how they handled the situation—they insisted on going to inspect the room themselves, as if my photos and word weren’t enough. Their response felt accusatory, repeatedly mentioning that the room had been cleaned beforehand, which came across as them subtly placing blame on me instead of taking responsibility.

While they offered to refund the remaining nights, refusing to refund the first night—after such a serious issue so soon after check-in—is unacceptable. Cleanliness and customer service should be top priorities, and this hotel failed badly on both.

I would not recommend staying here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to make it right.

Ne s'occupe pas des clients
Pas de nettoyage des tables entre les clients. Pas de renouvellement de la nourriture du café et des jus de fruit si besoin. Pas assez de tables et chaises. Personne indifférente.

Pros:

It was a spacious and clean room for the value. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. It was also quiet and I got a great night's sleep.

Cons:

I just wish it had a tub, but the shower was relaxing.

Great value
Pros:

This is an older motel, but it has been updated tastefully and effectively. The bed was comfortable, the shower was warm. Great value.

Can’t believe Best Westrrn would want their name associated with this property
Pros:

What breakfast? Two slices of bread. Half of a glass of juice. That’s all that was out. No place to sit. And when I asked the help for a couple chairs she said they didn’t have any

Cons:

Bed was hard, the toilet leaked, the towels were stained. Towels also were like sandpaper. Breakfast was s joke as I said before.

Cons:

Location, lack of coffee maker in the room, loud neighbors screaming and cussing at eachother at 2 am and felt like I may or may not get shot through the wall, and staff were a bit rude.
