La compréhension du personnel et leur empathie.
La atención de las chicas estupenda, sobre todo de la rubia; estuvo pendiente de todo mientras nos atendió. La de los hombres en recepción no mucho en realidad, excepto los chicos de la barra de fuera, buena atención a la hora de pedir comida.
Teniendo en cuenta el precio por hospedaje, no nos gustó que tuvimos que pedir crema dental porque no la dejaron en la habitación y tuvimos que bajar del cuarto por ella, tampoco la hicieron llegar. Nos dieron una sola crema... O sea, para una persona no más. Quisimos pagar por extender una hora el check out y que no se podía. Sin embargo el personal estuvo atento de guardar equipaje mientras estábamos fuera, tuvimos que entregar habitación sobre las 8:30am, 4 horas antes por no tener extensión de una hora.

Room: bright, airy, spacious, clean, well-stocked with complimentary coffee pods for coffee machine. I loved that!
Comfortable bed and bed linens were good. Plenty of soft towels.
The inescapable smell of cigarette smoke outdoors. For example, I bought a salad to eat on my lovely balcony, but the odour of cigarette smoke from other balconies forced me inside. I didn't spend any time on my balcony to enjoy the scenic views. It would be better for a large hotel to designate separate floor(s) with balconies as non-smoking for non-smokers and smoking for those who smoke. It feels like non-smokers are the underdog in Europe. It's very unpleasant and I will consider my next destination with far more scrutiny before booking. I'm back at home now in N.A. & still coughing.
Great location. Mostly quiet. Great facilities. The staff were very friendly. Even with a late return flight time I was able to get showered and sorted at the hotel before departure, despite having checked out.
No daily bedroom snacks or water which I thought should’ve been included in the price. Sometimes took a while to get served at the poolside bar.
