The hotel is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were all helpful and nice. We loved everything about our stay here

Cons:

If I had to mention something is that the buffet dinner wasn't amazing. It was good but quite expensive considering what is offered. We dined there only once.

Big and grand hotel showing its age
Pros:

The hello kitty kids room was big and comfortable. However, its age is showing with visible wear and tear. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

1. Playground at level 6 was big but not much inside.
2. Casino had a big no smoking sign but there were Chinese men lighting up and the staff did nothing about it.
