Lovely place to stay with lots of entertainment in and around the hotel
Pros:

We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful (and well-groomed) doorman and lady. We were to early to check in, but hoped to leave our heavy luggage at the hotel. They organised this for us with a big friendly smile and our luggage were delivered to our room after check in later in the afternoon. The check in procedure was fast and friendly. The room was beautiful with a amazing view of the pool and ocean in the background. We ordered room service as well as pool service the next day and everything was delicious. We had facilities to make coffee and tea in the room. We enjoyed the pool and had a lovely walk around the grounds of the hotel. It is also very convenient to be in walking distance to the beautiful gardens and other restaurants and convenience stores. Public transport was easily available. We used the airport shuttle that is another bonus for this hotel.

Cons:

That we only stayed here for 2 nights, wish we could have stayed longer.

No better place to stay in Jeju! Cannot wait for our next trip!
Pros:

Such a great hotel, with so much to do! It’s located super close to a few different waterfalls. If you’re traveling with a family, there are so many museums right around the corner from the hotel grounds! There’s also a rental car office located inside the hotel if you want to get out and explore on your own! The food is absolutely incredible, from the breakfast buffet, to room service and the lounge! You can’t go wrong with any option! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Overall such an incredible experience, and won’t stay anywhere else on Jeju Island!
