Eine Woche auf Jeju
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen im La Seine sind fantastisch

Also am Frontdesk war das Erlebnis nicht so toll. Wenn man nach 27 Stunden Anreise einchecken will und der Checkin nicht klappt nach zig Anläufen weil das Hotel nicht in der Lage ist Mastercard zu akzeptieren und man dann aufgefordert wird man soll doch den Kompletten Betrag für die Übernachtung an der ATM Machine abholen, die aber nur 170 € max pro Versuch ausspuckt, ist das für ein Hotel mit einem gehobenen Anspruch das aller letzte. Für das Frontdesk Team daher 0 Punkte

2部屋予約したのに1部屋しか予約されていないと言われ、1部屋に４人で泊まることになった。
後日、やはり2部屋は予約されており、チェックインしていないもう1部屋がノーショー扱いとなっていた。
その後の払い戻しなどのやり取りが面倒だった。

Location was good. Facilities are nice.
Staff was really nice.

Cons:

Parking to room was a long walk.
Electric issues in the room - non closing light at night, and the AC just turned on on lowest temperature which made us sick.
The smell in the 4th floor is horrible.

Beautiful and fun time
Pros:

Very clean property and we had an amazing view overlooking the pool area but high enough that the noise didn’t bother us. We could also see the ocean from our “garden view” room! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Try the food by the pool it was delicious. Loved that the pool was warmer than expected for summer since it tended to be drizzly most of our stay.

Cons:

Slides only available on weekends though we were only there Wed-Sat so we didn’t get to use at all.
