Canceled reservation in plenty if time and they never called back ir answered and still charged me. It was a horrible place . Never stayed and never could get a hold of general managment. Tried over 20 times. This is one place I would never stay at

Pros:

It is part of the haunted tour. The pool is nothing like the photos posted online. The pool is very small. Our tub was clogged & the toilet acted up the entire time we were there.

Cons:

They never refunded my parking fee or $100 deposit.

Don’t stay here if you want a good stay in SA.

Breakfast the was same every day. No variation. Elevators are slow, maybe all not in service. I was traveling from overseas and got charged an exorbitant amount for checking in late. Poor customer service.
