Pros:

The area, not far from the beach, about 45 mins from Destin. Stayed 1 night, July 4th, quiet night after fireworks ended 9-9:30

Cons:

Asked for deposit after room was booked and paid for.
Told we could check in early at 1:30, then told the room wasn't ready until original check in 3.
DIRTY! Room was never cleaned. Dirty mirrors, supposed to be no smoking, ashes all over tables, floor. Mirror was disgusting, bathroom ceiling covered in black mold, bathtub was covered in hair and sand. Left over belongings hanging from lapshade. Sink wouldn't drain roaches. Not the big down south the small cockroaches that withstand nuclear bombs🪳
Booked for 3 people, only had two towels and rags. No hand towels. Told us they only have 2 per room.

Never any hot water said they must have been washing clothes, if that's the case they wash clothes all day and night, TV in first room wouldn't work had someone come twice to reconnect the internet

It was a nice place but run poorly.
Pros:

Very nice facilities

Cons:

No soap only one towel. Had to ask for more. Breakfast was very. minimal. At 8 am they were out of all food.
