Friendliness of staff was amazing. Everyone that we encountered from the front desk to housekeeping
Pros:

With Angela the breakfast was outstanding. The two mornings when Angela was not there, the breakfast was still quite good, but not as much attention was given to presentation.

Cons:

Our room was very clean but somewhat dated. Was good to see that áreas of the facility were being remodeled.

Pros:

Location was good. About 15 mins away from the stadium. The entire place was spotless and always smelled clean!! Definitely the most important thing to myself and my family

Cons:

No one was at the front desk when we were trying to check in so we were left waiting until someone arrived.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, slept in. staff very courteous and helpful. Location is easy access to highways. Nice clean place to stay 👌 .

Cons:

I can't honestly can't make any comments on dislikes, I didn't have a chance to use the many amenities provided at Sonesta in Goodyear AZ. We spent our time on preplanned activities outside of Goodyear.
