It was acceptable for one night.
Pros:

Easy location to access.

Cons:

The room and bedding was clean however the bathroom was falling apart (literally) and the shower had gray sludge down a wall and o to the floor.

Easy location, great price, would stay again.
Pros:

The location was excellent, walking distance to major bars and eateries. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed but the decor is getting a bit tired. Staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
