Totally hopeless not coming back . No help from hopeless staff

Cons:

Innocently bought packaged food and asked staff to microwave the food as I was so hungry. Not a single staff helped. Telling me to buy their own expensive food instead.

Pros:

My sister and I were quite traumatised by the accomodation we were booked in to so we left not long after checking in and Hayley at the front desk was so so lovely and helped sort us out. We were so grateful we could be accommodated at such sort notice and the room was fabulous. We ended up with a lake view and all our troubles were laughed off! I would highly recommend.
