Interesting
Pros:

I was disappointed that we could not have breakfast at the hotel. This was not discussed when I booked. The staff at the novotel were very stressed.

Not worth the money spent at all.
Pros:

Staff were friendly other than that nothing else was worth liking.

Cons:

The property wasn’t cleaned well, our bathroom facility was very small, very uncomfortable to take a shower and water would seep out of bathroom onto the floor despite the doors being closed.

Very cramped room but I suppose it was priced that way.
Pros:

Nice view of the water.
Nice buffet breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Very hard to find the entrance for the car park and then access to the hotel lobby. Signs were either missing or very hard to see as I had to seek help. The receptionist on arrival was very cool and needs to hone her confidence with customer service skills. Eye contact was non existant. The reception area was dark and it looked as though she had trouble working the computer screen. Not a good look at all. There was no improvement on exit at the other end.

Very good stay.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. More space than I thought it would be.

Cons:

Bed was very soft for my liking. That is just a personal preference.
