Rooms were congested
We came down for breakfast just after 9am and were sent to the Novatel for breakfast. There was plenty of everything but with the exception of the poached eggs was cold.

Had breakfast and it was nice but just warm. Could of been warmer or hotter
Hotel is near to many F&B outlet and there is a hot spring pool in the hotel
Not enough parking space at the hotel so have to park on the street.

2nd night the room 470 was great couldn't falter it. Worth the money.
Breakfast buffets was nice
The 1st night room 161 was outdated the bathroom bench was coming off the wall. The crooked picture on the wall fell off at 2am in the morning. Went to have a shower in the morning and had no hot water 😒 went down for breakfast and told the Concierge about the shower he done nothing about it. 2 hours later went back down and the lady on the counter was very apologetic and moved us to room 470. The difference was black and white this was a superior room not like the slum room we were in first.
