Pros:

Jolie petite maison agréable pour quelques nuits, très propre, joliment décorée, très bien placée dans un beau quartier agréable. Machine à laver et sèche linge à dispo avec du produit ce qui est très appréciable! Du café à disposition. Super accueil du propriétaire avec un livret d'accueil mais aussi des conseils de restaurants. Vraiment au top!! Nous recommandons vraiment cet adresse!

Cons:

Juste petit bémol le confort du canapé lit du salon pour 2 personnes un peu complexe et manque un peu de matériel de cuisine si on veut pouvoir cuisiner.

Wonderful stay at Alani Bay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Alani Bay, the condo is really lovely, had everything we needed and in a great location. Alex was so helpful and very responsive to my messages. We were able to leave our bags in early before we checked in and also after we checked out which made a huge difference to our stay as we were able to go off and have a nice day in Fort Lauderdale without carrying our heavy luggage around. We would definitely recommend these Condos and we are looking forward to staying here again :)

Great condo suitable for 4 persons/2 couples.
Pros:

Great location, & appeared to be recently renovated/refreshed interior. Communication from the hosts was excellent - prompt, cheerful & helpful. Close to shops, restaurants and a large supermarket, with 2 large double bedrooms with wardrobes & their own separate ensuite/bathroom. There is a toaster, microwave & cooktop as well as a great pod coffee machine. Coming from Australia, Good coffee is a must 😂
Highly recommend & would definitely say here again.

Cons:

Perhaps the only negative was the lounge seat was a little small for 4 people to sit on & there is no oven or grill - so you can't bake a pizza....

Position für ins Zentrum kann leider nicht zu Fuss erreicht werden, das heisst kein Alcool ;)

Pricey but sufficient for an overnight stay
Pros:

Cool, well stocked, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans were great. The lady that cleaned was super sweet and kind. The owner responded to email quickly.

Cons:

Coffee, but no creamer, overpriced. Only one love seat in the living room, so not enough seating for 4 people. Table and chairs in the kitchen were lightweight, cheap, and hard. I think the furniture needs a makeover. Need a place by bed to charge phones. I wouldn't stay more than a night or 2.

Pésima experiencia. Estamos solicitando devolución del dinero.
Pros:

Lamentablemente, fue una pésima experiencia. No nos gustó nada del lugar.
No existe relación entre el alto precio del lugar vs la calidad y limpieza.

Cons:

Las fotos de la publicación no eran reales (estaban muy retocadas). El lugar estaba descuidado (poca mantencion), pero lo peor fue la falta de limpieza. Cuando llegamos había basura de los huéspedes anteriores en los baños y la casa tenía muy mal olor (tuvimos que prender velas los dos primeros días). No pudimos usar el horno por lo sucio que estaba. Al prender la calefacción salió olor a quemado y se prendió la alarma de incendio. La cama era de muy mala calidad y sonaba mucho. Lo peor de todo fue que habían cucarachas, incluso un día desperté con una cucaracha grande en mi velador.

Lumpy.
Pros:

Price reflexed something i was comfortable playing. Your marketing for the place with the pictures was amazing it got me.

Cons:

I mean the exposed electrical panel wasnt very homey feeling. Definetly a turn and rent place. Again hats off with the pictures and marketing it fooled me. Alani Premium Condos? Should be duplex apartment with chipped spackling.

Comfortable and chill place
Pros:

Spacious. Two bathrooms. Host was helpful and responsive. Parking just outside the house.

Cons:

Laundry was outside but it was still okay. Otherwise host was responsive and resolved all issues relatively quickly.
