Hotel de qualité très bien placé
Pros:

La tranquillité, beau quartier, et la proximité de tout (vieux montreal, Mont Royal, Parc maisonneuve (fête nationale du Québec), Place des arts (Festival de Jazz)

Cons:

Un petit défaut sur le pommeau de douche qui ne tenait pas très bien. Rien de grave en soi

Exceptional stay will remember for a long time
Pros:

The team was very nice and I really enjoyed my room. The design is really cool and something else. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom very modern.

Cons:

Disadvantage of being close to the action is that it is sometimes a little bit loud because of the street in front of the hotel, but earplugs help and this way to stay became more interesting.

Bel hôtel, bien situé, mais avec une marge de progression en terme de service à la clientèle.

L’hotel est globalement très bien.

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié un aspect de manque de service de la part du desk d’accueil.
Au terme de notre séjour, nous pouvons à la limite comprendre que l’hotel ait refusé de garder nos grosses valises chez eux dans leur bagagerie, pendant que nous allions passer une journée à Quebec-City.
Mais l’absence totale de volonté du desk d’accueil pour nous aider à trouver une solution alternative, a été moins appréciée… nous avons dû nous débrouiller tous seuls, sans aucune aide ni suggestion de solution.
Ce bémol d’accueil a terni l’experience globale.

Bien placé, pratique et d'un bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La chambre est grande avec un grand lit très confortable et des rangements ains que tous les équipements nécessaire.
Les oeufs et le bacon du petit déjeuner sont parfaitement cuits.
