Peaceful and serene
Pros:

Serenity, authenticity, nature, just wonderful! This was the second time I stayed here and I highly recommend it.

Cons:

WiFi in the bedroom didn’t work; but was fine in the living room. Excellent bed but could have come with thicker duvet. It was a bit cold.

Exceptional experience staying in a palace
Pros:

This property was the highlight of our trip to Spain & Portugal. The location next to a castle with a giant room and excellent amenities were all a dream come true. We especially enjoyed the terrace and breakfast besides the room itself.

Cons:

Nothing - every component of service, facilities and breakfast was exceptional. We have zero complaints and our children also loved it. They are still talking about this hotel!

Cons:

Alguns serviços poderiam ser melhorados. Precisei comprar uma garrafa de água e não havia qualquer forma de o fazer na pousada pois o bar estava fechado.

Local icónico,bem aproveitado. Cama confortável,vista fantástica, pequeno almoço com muita variedade . Também jantamos no restaurante,que é basicamente o sítio do pequeno almoço,mas para dizer que a qualidade e apresentação da ementa é muito boa.Areas comuns muito agradáveis, elevador,para acesso aos pisos.

O acesso à pousada, é o mesmo do castelo o dificulta, porque é estreito, para pessoas com limitações talvez não seja tão fácil,mas não é impossível.Tem pouco estacionamento,mas dá para se adaptar.
