Palmela visit
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Stunning views and a very lovely building. Tea and coffee making in the room and a lovely bottle of complimentary wine on our arrival.

Cons:

Everything was great, only a minor comment. Housekeeping did not appear until 5.30pm to clean our room on our second day. This was inconvenient timing as we had just returned to the room from a full day out to freshen up before going to dinner.

Cons:

O quarto só estava pronto para entrarmos às 17:30, não acho correto. O chek in é às 15:00 , chegamos e informaram que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Chegamos cansados e tivemos de fazer 2:30 às voltas até podermos descansar. Lamentável!

Pros:

Die Lage und das Personal, besonders beim Restaurant/Frühstück war sehr angenehm. Natürlich ist auch das Gebäude an sich. Der Innenhof, der Kreuzgang… Sehr schön!

Cons:

Ja, mein Zimmer war „eher einfach“, doch….. nein, angemessen für dieses Haus.

Exorbitant gut
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren extrem lecker... das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage der Pousada ist außergewöhnlich. Es ist toll, dass man alles besichtigen darf ohne zusätzlich Eintritt zu bezahlen. Die Verbindung von alter zu neuer Bausubstanz ist außergewöhnlich gut gelungen.
