One night in Palmela.
Pros:

The facilities were excellent. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was very slow, and the waiters took so long to serve the drinks that we had finished our meals by then. There were clearly not enough staff available to serve.

Lindo sítio histórico, mas a pousada apresenta sinais de desgaste e prioriza eventos empresariais.
Pros:

Ao meu ver, esta pousada, apesar de contar com equipe profissional dedicada e atenciosa, e estar situada em um lindo sítio histórico e contar com uma vista maravilhosa da região, está apresentando sinais de desgaste e um certo envelhecimento já notado em outras pousadas históricas do Grupo Pestana.

Cons:

Evento empresarial perturbou a nossa estadia na pousada, pois a atenção dos funcionários ficou, notadamente, voltada para esse evento que ocorreu por dois dias.

Estadia maravilhosa!!
Pros:

A pousada fica num local paradisíaco! Bem no alto e ao lado do castelo. O quarto e banheiros amplos e muito bem decorados. Vista linda a partir da janela. Toalhas de banho macias e grandes. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, com muitas e diversificadas opções. A pousada oferece estacionamento, sem custo.

Cons:

Adoramos tudo! Muito perfeito. Não há o que reclamar.

Beautiful location, very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Big room with wonderful vistas, with a large and comfortable bed, chairs, bathtub and shower. Breakfast was varied and abundant in the closed in cloisters. We had dinner at the restaurant in hotel and it was very good.

Cons:

There were no signs - Do Not Disturbed- to hang on the outside of the bedroom door so I asked at the front desk to not have room upkeeping but cleaners still knocked on my door in the afternoon.
