Fails as a 5*
Pros:

This fails as a 5*. Rooms and bathrooms are average. Electric switches for lights and curtains are unintuitive, soap dispenser for the bath is halfway up the wall, there were a host of minor design issues. Gym is smallish, and sauna and steam room are ok but underwhelming. It’s miles from the old town so location is a major gripe. I had a sports massage with Maria. Very poor massage, they specifically ask pre massage which areas you’d like focused on and then she gave a completely ‘standard’ massage spending more time on areas not requested, using knuckles generally which wasn’t pleasant, and not like any professional sports massage I’ve had. If they don’t have sufficiently experienced /qualified therapists they shouldn’t offer sports massages.
