The hotel is located in an excellent location. The beds are super comfortable, great room service and super clean too. The staff are helpful and really friendly!
The property is excellently located, at walking distance to many central points and to the historic center, and just a few meters from Avenida de Liberdade. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms are very nice and clean, with great shower head. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The Italian restaurant Allora is excellent and delicious! The attention of the staff was superb, especially Carolina. She helped us make reservations at restaurants and also planned a last minute tour for us to Sintra. We really appreciated her help and efficiency. We highly recommend this hotel.
The two elevators are very slow.
J’ai aimé la disponibilité du personnel. Très sympa. Avec plus ou moins de distance mais je suppose que c’est dû au standing de l’hôtel. Le buffet du restaurant est excellent et très copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L’hôtel est bien insonorisé.
L’eau du spa est trop chlorée. Ça pique.
Il y avait des fois du personnel plus ou moins désagréable mais c’était avec une femme.
C’est mon deuxième passage dans cet hôtel, le premier séjour était top.
Le second complètement l’inverse.
Hormis la localisation, je suis très déçu.
Pour un 5 étoiles, le service et la qualité n’y sont pas !
Robinetterie bouchée, un seul verre dans la salle de bain, cheveux présents sur le lit, service de chambre minimum. Réception non conciliant Bref, je n’y retournerai plus malheureusement.

Superb hotel, friendly people, fantastic breakfast, very comfortable and clean rooms. Nice pool on the top with a nice Lisbon view. Highly recommended place to stay. I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city and easily accessible
Excellent choice of breakfast, we stayed for several days and could have had a completely different option every morning. The breakfast staff were exceptional. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was also excellent. We enjoyed both the rooftop and spa pool. Location wise, if you want to be in the centre of Lisbon, this hotel is probably about a 10/15 metro journey away. We were happy to be a little out from the centre, so this was no problem for us. Would highly recommend.
