Standard international qualitatif mais lieu impersonnel
Pros:

La chambre et le spa
Petit déjeuner sont excellent
Service très bon avec une équipe souriante et serviable

Cons:

Manque d’âme: établissement « international impersonnel » qui mériterait un petit effort pour être plus chaleureux.
Espace bar et piscine au dernier étage pas du tout accueillant

Will be happy to stay here should I return to Lisbon.
Pros:

Breakfast had a very good vegetarian spread. Room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. Reception staff are exceptional especially Raul.

Localização e conforto

Cons:

Sala dos pequenos almoços muito distante e com poucas indicações de localização. O lavatório do quarto devia estar entupido pois esvaziava a água muito devagar. Poucas indicações no quarto relativamente aos interruptores das luzes

Good hotel, very nice food and staff.
Pros:

The hotel and the amenities are very nice, the restaurants are great, in particular the Italian - we kept going back it was so good. The pool is average, but has good views.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms 3 times because we kept getting rooms that were very noisy, or with faults (flooding or faulty safe) so it was not fun to have to move so many times. The staff were very good about it though. The location is good but far from the tourist area.
