You let rowdy groups of english men drink all day by the pool. Shouting, swearing snd being vulgar.
Yet when i open a packet of crisps and a bottle of water i brought from my room, your bar maid comes over and rudely tells me it will ‘not be tolerated’
Rooms are dirty, breakfast was average and overall not a good stay.
This property is, without a doubt, a 5 star accommodation experience. Everything was well thought out with the guest in mind. Impeccable with the finest touches in our deluxe suite. Everyone throughout the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and servers provided exceptional service. Our customer experience could not have been any better!

Everything was clean and the staff were nice
There isn’t enough sun loungers for the amount of guests at the hotel and the rooms were very small. In comparison to other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price this hotel didn’t compare. Also we had a dry cleaning service done at the hotel which was extortionate!

Hervorragendes Frühstück, seh freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Lage ist auch gut und es ist sehr sauber.
Am Pool hat es etwas wenig Liegestühle und die Zimmer sind für den Preis eher klein.
Le petit déjeuner est varié, excellent et copieux. Les deux piscines sont propres et agréables.
