Excellent Service. Every team member went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast buffet. Good location about 30 minutes walk to historic distirct.

Hotel staff were consistently highly professional, engaging, diligent, and very caring.
We arrived at 10am to drop bags and checkin, with no expectation of room being available, but it was and we were quickly given a room key.
We received helpful area guidance from the Concierge. Later we enjoyed lite bite dinner & drinks in the lobby bar. Breakfast the following morning was exceptional, one of the best-presented we have ever experienced.
Would recommend this hotel very highly.

Pouco cuidado e promenos na higiene de vários espaços partilhados (Restaurante Peq. Almoço) e no relacionamento colaboradores/cliente.
Spa e quarto muito agradável, cama confortável. Simpatia dos colaboradores do pequeno almoço, e spa .
Da estadia ter sido curta, apenas uma noite.
O apartamento é bastante confortável, com bom espaço, incluindo duas poltronas, uma escrivaninha e ótimo espaço de guarda-roupa e malas. O ar condicionado é fácil de ajustar e muito silencioso. O wifi funciona muito bem, e não necessita reconectar diariamente como acontece em muitos hotéis. O banheiro é ótimo, com um chuveiro muito generoso. Só não entendo quem foi que inventou de colocar uma divisão translúcida entre o banheiro e a cama. Se vc acende a luz do banheiro no meio da noite, acorda a outra pessoa que está dormindo. O hotel oferece água à vontade no apartamento, e repõe cápsulas de café diariamente. O café da manhã é fantástico.
A única coisa de que não gostei no hotel foi a falta de opções de uma refeição leve e econômica no bar. O menu do bar só inclui pratos grandes ou hambúrguer a 23 euros. Isso te obriga a sair se quiser uma refeição leve.

Fiquei muito pouco tempo, mas o quarto é ótimo, espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Localização é boa e hotel é bem bonito e sofisticado. O atendimento foi excelente e todos muito simpáticos e solícitos.
Tive que sair muito cedo e não pude pegar o café da manhã, que começava as 7h. Acho que poderia começar um pouco mais cedo, afinal tem muita gente que precisa sair mais cedo.
O Banheiro tem um vidro que se liga ao quarto. Apesar de ser colorido fosco, ilumina muito o quarto quando alguém vai ao banheiro a noite e acende a luz.
