Comfortable hotel in Puerto Madero
Pros:

Clean and modern hotel, conveniently located in Puerto Madero. The rooms are large and clean, comfortable beds.

Cons:

On balconies it would be nice to have chairs and tables rather that the little lounging chair that it’s hard to get in and out of. Also the walls are very thing we were woken up by a couple fighting in the room next to ours. Staff is nice but not overly accommodating like we found in other hotels in Buenos Aires, a little bit more friendliness would be lovely.

Cons:

El desayuno podría tener más opciones, el aire q inficionado es helado y una d ellas meseras fue muy descortés con mi mamá que tiene 80 años: cuando le pidió que le ayudara a ubicar una silla en la mesa dijo que no se podía, peor a los 2 minutos si le acercó la silla a otros comensales. Al ver este trato claramente discriminatoria la jefe del comedor trató de enmendar este impase y de disculpo muy amable

El personal es de primera. Se ocupan de todo lo que necesites y te buscan alternativas. Es difícil encontrar un hotel con tan buen personal

El yacuzzi!!! Un yacuzzi frío no es yacuzi. Arreglen lo o cambien lo, pero no pueden no tener yacuzzi!!!

Great staff at Madero Hotel
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Very service oriented and polite

Cons:

AC wasn’t cooling at first as much as we like, but they were able to lower a little bit more. The bathtub never drains completely. Plumber said it was because the pipes were narrow so water takes a while to drain. Disgusting Every day we had to get a new key because it wouldn’t work. Very annoying going up to our room and then having to go down for a new key. However the staff was always trying their best to please us. They offered us to change room , but we’d lose our beautiful view. The manager went out of his way to get us distilled water.

Bien ubicado
Pros:

El sector donde estaba es muy tranquilo, el personal es amable.

Cons:

Los ascensores, eran lentos y ademas no funcionaban todos, optamos finalmente por las escaleras.
El desayuno, si querías te, debias pedirlo no estaba a libre demanda, igual que lo que te dejaban en la habitación, no tenia reposición, optamos igualmente por comprar por nuestra cuenta.
Me pareció llamativo también que apagaban el aire acondicionado a ciertas horas, había que llamar para que lo volviesen a prender.
La piscina se hacia pequeña, un día no hubo espacio para estar ahi.

Great launching point to visit Buenos Aires.
Pros:

The hotel was well located in the Porto Madero area. It was an easy walk to restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff was great and we had a fantastic New Years Eve party on the roof. Breakfast every day was super and very diverse. It was also convenient to the port when we left for our cruise. Easy walking distance to the Hop On Bus.

Cons:

All was very very professional and nice. Wish early checkin had been an option, but we were given a place to hang and a glass of wine in the bar while we waited for our room. Order your taxi early as that process was a little hectic.

I stayed for work. Rooms are comfortable. Cleaning is excellent. Staff in general is good.
Pros:

Room are luminous, comfy and good size.
Breakfast is excellent.
Location is very good.

Cons:

Magnetic keys they get demagnetized constantly, so you must go to the front desk very frequently. It is a problem when you are in a hurry.
