El servicio de los recepcionistas , las instalaciones no tenia la piscina funcionando y no se nos aviso previamente. No me parece pagar por algo que no utilizamos
el desayuno excelente muy rico, la ubicacion excelente y la habitacion muy buena
El televisor de mi habitacion no funciono tenia mala imagen y nunca conecto a internet, sugiero que por lo menos pueda tener acceso a un plan basico de tv.

Que la pileta no estaba habilitada, siendo que habíamos elegido el hotel por lo lindo de la pileta, creo que al momento de reservar deberían avisar que no todos los servicios van a estar disponibles, nos enteramos al realizar el check in.

Большие комфортные номера. Номер был во двор, было очень тихо ночью. Большая кровать с чудесным пастельным бельем. Прекрасный разнообразный завтрак.
Очень приятный бонус 2 фужера вина. Прекрасная косметика в номере (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, крем).
Очень красивый вид с террасы.
Из минусов: в номере не было зубных щеток и пасты.
Надеялись на тапочки и халаты, тоже не было.
Сауна маленькая. Но народу в спа было не много, поэтому нам хватило.
Требуется косметическийи ремонт в спа зоне.
После того как гости покинули террасу в течение нескольких часов персонал не убирал за ними посуду.
