El spa un poco descuidado
Excellent location in Puerto Madero (walking distance to many restaurants, bars, ...and city center - safe area) and very, very large, big bedrooms with a nice little balcony. Roomy hotel overall. Good food. Nice gym and good sauna.
Wifi was really poor and did not work all the time. Our room was a bit battered - toilets cover was partially broken, some of the furniture was dented on the sides. You can tell that years of glory for the hotel belong to the past. No international TV channels - all in Spanish (we do speak Spanish but given the world events with war declared in Iran we needed to access "more" ). No explanations whatsoever in the room about the hotel facilities, times of opening, ...etc. The hotel as a "green" policy all fine but in this case there should be a QR code in the room to be able to access everything and also an internet that works at all times! which was not the case. Big kitchen - all fine but zero cutlery. Only one "tea" bag per person for a 3 night's stay and no replenishment of water either (why don't you put self-refill bottle with a water dispenser in corridors if you are "that green"??). Very expensive rates for the level of services offered in this hotel. We opted for this hotel as we came with Rivages du Monde group, but we were really disappointed.

It was a pleasure my stay at Madero hotel again ,Gabriel at the front desk is super nice and helpfull and the same was Ezequiel try to help with everything ,this people make fell at home

La piscina, la vista, el desayuno y la entrada de mejillones, espectacular! Por ahí deben mejorar su carta en pescados y mariscos, mas variedad.
La carne no estaba bien presentada.
Hay algunas pequeñas filtraciones de lluvia en piso de cuartos que hacía que se levantará el piso, deben arreglarlo.
Todo excelente, el personal, las instalaciones, el desayuno y la ubicacion hacen que la estancia en el Hotel Madero sea unica, maravillosa y genera el deseo de volver siempre. Alto nivel en todo. Simplemente gracias.
