Just want to say kudos to Thomas that was working the front desk
Pros:

Thomas that was working the front desk when we did a late check in after having a bad bad experience with the booking at another hotel made The Experience exceptional. He turned What was a bad evening into an amazing evening, so kudos to Thomas

Cons:

We did experience an Asian lady throwing garbage out of her car into the parking lot and tried to get her to pick it up and almost cut ran over
