Not happy at all!,
Pros:

Went to San Angelo for pleasure, stayed Saturday night with no issues at all, then Tuesday night on the way back through, was put in a handicap room that had a bad smell (stale smell) talked to front desk with no response. Then Wednesday morning 8:30 trying to get around for long trip home and banging on my door was the freaking maintenance crew wanting to fix a light inside the room, ah… checkout is 11:00am they should fix it then, what if I were still asleep? Really upset me and probably not stay there again, my wife and myself are platinum elite members of Marriott!

Pros:

Great hotel. Very clean. We had 2 kids and 2 adults. They had a couch. Worked out great. The room was very big

Baseball parents home away from home
Pros:

Our son plays for Angelo State baseball so we stay here every home game due to its location being across from the baseball field. The staff always has a room ready for us and have always been very accommodating! They even keep up with the team and are always ready to talk about the team, who we are playing, and just ready to wish them good luck!!! The rooms are clean and stocked with everything you need, and we have yet to meet a staff member that isn’t friendly and willing to help if we need it. The atmosphere is always welcoming, with staff member always at the desk no matter what time of day / night. For the location and accommodations, you can’t beat the price! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into San Angelo and will continue to stay here when we come!!

Decent. Rooms that are stqted as suites need to be more spacious. Felt like a normal hotel room.
Pros:

Breakfast and coffee were spot on. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Cons:

Beds were too firm, very uncomfortable.

Pros:

I am giving 2 stars because the hotel does not tell you that they charge for parking.
We prepaid online for the hotel and when we got there they took our credit card for incidentals.
Nothing at all was mentioned about a parking fee.
No signs in the lobby or on the door entering the hotel.
Once I saw the fee on my credit card (2.50 per day) I called and asked about it.
They don't do refunds even though this is a hidden, non-disclosed fee. They say they rely on the third party websites that allow reserving their hotel to disclose the fee. They can't be held responsible for that even though they make 0 effort to disclose it on site.
I have never seen a hotel in a suburban type area charge for parking unless they have covered or garage parking and I have stayed here before without the charge (2+ years ago)
