Breakfast needs more variety, including hot meals.

This was a nice place to stay with a decent price.

The lady at the desk was so friendly and caring!! The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was ready earlier than expected. Some of the reviews made me nervous but I now have a place I know I can stay when I go back.

Check in was fine. Parking available but with a fee. Elevator jerks and needs some repainting. Confortable bed, good AC. Breakfast is very limited. Coffee is soso.
Location is great and close to historical area.

Excellent property and staff

The hotel was clean And the staff was friendly. The room was just very humid, it is July in Florida so makes sense but the floor - even the carpet always felt wet. We kept our shoes on at all time’s other than to sleep. The coffee bar was a nice touch and tasted great!

We did an over night with 3 kids in one room with 2 double beds. It was a great location for us. It was a super close walk to the everything but kind of off to the side which worked great for us. The morning was great for the kids with the free breakfast. Super simple and not very busy as my kids can be really loud and are up and down. It was fresh and a great stop off for the night.

Good location and price, but the overall stay left a lot to be desired. Initially entering my room it seemed clean but when I pulled the table out I discovered it was filthy underneath, the tap water to include the shower smelled burnt, as if the boiler was going out. The elevator was clunky and slow to open sometimes, and there is only one washer and dryer so you are better off going to a laundromat if you need laundry. But the staff was nice, and you really can’t beat the location except for directly on the beach (it’s across the street from Ripleys and a short walk from the old town).

This hotel is walkable to historic Saint Augustine. Very expensive for the condition of the room that we received. Instead of door handles to the outside semi balcony, ours was stuffed with washcloths. Was not worth the price, but the location is extremely convenient.

The location of the property was excellent! I was charged a deposit at check, which I wasn't expecting, but it was refunded quickly. I would definitely recommend them and will be back.

I really liked the location of this hotel. It was in a perfect area to enjoy the many sites of St. Augustine. The room was clean, the a/c was awesome, the beds were comfortable. I do have a few dislikes. The floor I was on was getting the carpets clean, which im sure was needed, however, the hoses were stretched down the hallway and made it hazardous to walk thru the hallway. It was loud and we couldn't rest due to some alarm on the machine going off for over an hour. The hallway was very muggie and wet feeling and it had a musty oder that wafted into our room. My Aunt, who needs assistance to walk almost slipped and fell when going into the elevator on a tiled floor from the wet carpet. Thank goodness she had a good hold on her walker. The room did not have a coffee pot as advertised and there was no microwave in the room. We had to go downstairs to heat up our food. I understand that parking is limited, but $25 a night is ridiculous to be able to park my car. The pool was very small, but clean and cool after a hot day of walking. For a Hilton property, I expected better.

Terrible experience just in lobby for check in. Worker was extremely disrespectful and not helpful.

Not what I expected from a Hilton property. The room was damp and musty. There were other people hair in the sink.

We made the reservation through hotels.com. on their website it shows parking st $15 + tax but when we checked in we were charged $27.88 including tax. Not sure whether it is your error or there's for this discrepancy. We were not happy about this; more the principle than the cost. It needs to be rectified.

The clerk couldn't find our reservation and was clueless how to run the computer. Told me to call Expedia myself to make corrections. My family waited in the lobby for 3 hours while I was on the phone with all of the other guests she couldn't assist as well. Terrible experience. Will never go back.
