Worst Hilton Experience i have ever had
Pros:

This is a Hilton property? I am sorry ive been in hospitality for a long time and Hilton yall lost a lifelong customer.. i dont trust yall anymore to be clean and spotless... The hotel is run down and has a cheap $40 hotel feel in the ghetto... for $25 plus $120 a night thats about $150 a night for this? Spend the extra $50 and go to casa Monica or a marriot property.. marriot hotel and brands are better than Hilton now. The managers left me a bad reply saying sorry? Lol 😂 okay how about i just spent over $500 for this room? Lol no balcony no sofa bed, no microwave, a bathroom with black spots and rust stain on the wall? The property needs to be revamped and Hilton being cheap and trying not too...

Breakfast did not look very appetizing so we did not eat at the hotel.

Cons:

$25 dollars per night parking that we were not expecting to be added on. When I arrived at the hotel at 9pm no one was at the front desk and I had to wait more than 5 minutes for the attendant to appear from off the elevator.

Dirty room - great location - keep your shoes on...
Pros:

Great location, dirty hotel shouldn't be associated with Hilton. The floors in our room were wet like they just shampooed the room. The tile floor was sticky. Breakfast buffet had cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels / toast and hard boiled eggs. So if you consider a hard boiled egg and toast you will be good. When we checked out we told the gal at the front desk about our damp, dirty room and she said sorry about that.... Not a good response to Hilton Diamond member...
