Pros:

The room was nice. Liked the layout.

Cons:

Being denied towels. Toilet didn't work well. Cupboard doors off hinges, dirty toilet paper on bathroom floor. Pool was chaos and completely unsafe and unenjoyable. Hot tub was poor.

Cons:

I was looking forward to the breakfast but unfortunately missed it due to the time change. Yes, I know its my responsibility to know that there was a time change but a friendly reminder when checking in would have been greatly appreciated. There were a number of people, including me that showed up thinking we still had an hour of breakfast time to find it closed. A member of the kitchen staff was great and offered me a bagel, I declined because I didn't want to bother them, but I appreciate the offer. The room across from me played loud music until 4am, but I didn't call front desk to complain so thats on me too. The pull-out couch was uncomfortable but that's expected with a pull-out couch.

Pros:

Close to everything, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I liked the room with a small kitchen and space to work

Cons:

Not a huge complaint, but the hot tub has a bump at your neck/back the way they built it like the pool, not a deal breaker just letting them know for next time, also the music in the workout room was only playing an advertisement about the hotel.

Great staycation experience when visiting family in Durham. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. I asked to be moved to the upper floor and they showed me different room settings and let me chose. Thank you for going above and beyond! Your customer service was amazing!

Cons:

The swimming pool is just right for families with small children. We had a great time. Thank you!

Pros:

Location was great and staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The sofa bed was absolutely terrible - it shouldn't even be considered a bed. There was also a Book of Mormon left in the drawer + the bed was not a queen size.

Pros:

I thought breakfast at hotel was until 11 am, but I didn't go until 10:30 am and it was closed at 10 am. So we never got a chance to eat.

Cons:

Wasn't a pleasant check in as our room wasnt ready, which is fine as I did arrive around 1 pm. Was told they would call me when room was ready and they never did. When i came back the 2nd time to check in the girl was pleasant. I loved the size of room and it was cool to have a kitchen in the room. My only issue was that there were little hairs on the toilet. A clump of long black hair on bathroom floor, not mine as I am a blonde. An elastic by tv on floor. A used kleenex by phone on side table. Little things, but aside from that it was a comfortable bed and good location.
