Pros:

The free on-site EV charging was nice to have, when it was available. Breakfast was good and the vegan/nondairy milk alternatives on offer were much appreciated. The pool was clean and I appreciated it being open as early and late as it was. The bed was comfortable and the room's kitchen suite was well-stocked.

Cons:

Both the door to the bathroom and the door of the room itself were very sticky in their frames. Difficult to open or close one-handed, impossible to do quietly without making a bunch of noise and waking everyone else up. The fact that there are only 2 EV charging cables means I was only able to plug in 1 out of 3 days, and not the night I really needed to get to 100% for the drive back home. Had to run over to the fast charging station across the street for that. Finally, the wifi was kind of spotty off in the corner of the hotel we were in, and we had some trouble connecting before we realized my first name had been entered as the last name for the booking. These are all admittedly very minor complaints.

Matelas très creux, nuit inconfortable, aucun oreiller supplémentaire et service décevant.

- Chambre plutôt propre

Cons:

- Matelas très creux / usé : nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.
- Impossible d'obtenir un oreiller supplémentaire pour que mon épouse puisse dormir sur le canapé-lit avec les enfants : l'hôtel nous a indiqué ne pas en avoir de disponible. Très surprenant pour une nuit facturée 252,90 $.
- Le lendemain matin, refus de nous remettre une facture au motif que la réservation avait été effectuée via Booking.com.
- Refus de rattacher mon compte Marriott à mon dossier, au motif que la réservation avait été effectuée via Booking.com.
- Personnel à l’accueil peu orienté vers le service à la clientèle, voire limite antipathique.
- Heureusement que nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit.

Cons:

J’ai choisi cet hôtel car il y avait des bornes de recharge électrique.
Il y en avait que 2, ok!
Les gens laissent brancher toute la nuit alors que vers 2 ou 3h leur voiture est chargée et à 10h le matin elle est encore branché, aucun respect pour les autres! Je n’ai pas pu charger ma voiture quand j’avais besoin.
Il faudrait mettre un temps surveillée.

Stayed for 8 days it was great! Staff were amazing! Breakast area was clean and had lots of choices.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it was friendly, comfortable and the amenities were amazing.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome. Check in and out was easy. Hotel was clean. Lots of parking available.

Near the highway but quiet

Cons:

Gluten free, dairy free options would be a plus for the breakfast. My son and I are celiac, it is always difficult to eat when staying in hotels.

Hotel was fantastic.

Cons:

We booked while there was some sort of kids teams there. Children were running wild throughout the hotel all hours of the day and night. We took our children to the pool but could not stay as there were many children running and jumping with no supervision.
