We loved the location, suite and breakfasts.

Cons:

For some reason the air flow in the suite blew on us constantly and the hot tub/pool was under maintenance a few days during our week stay.

Sleepless nights left us disappointed with the Marriot Hotel
Pros:

Scrambled eggs were delicious. Woman at front desk was very professional and respectful.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable to sleep on
Next door neighbour (room 306) was up to 4 am 3 nights in a row of partying that kept us awake. Hotel staff spoke to the woman , but the issue persisted and we got very poor sleep every night of our stay (being awake from 2am to 4 am, this made our 7am start to the day very difficult.

Bathroom cleanliness was poor, hair trap in shower needs to be lifted and cleaned. The toilet had hair and dirt all around the outer bowl. General dusting needed in the room 304.

Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and visit again if in the area.
Pros:

Convenient to our activities. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful!! Everything was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The pull out bed was ridiculously uncomfortable, and 13.00 for a bag of chips was just greedy. You can still make a profit without making the price ridiculous. Will bring our own snacks next time.

Pros:

Location was good in Whitby.

Cons:

Room was EXTREMELY small. I was charged a $75 fee for my dog - not a temporary deposit but a non refundable fee.

Cons:

Room needs repair, cracked toilet seat, door jam on bathroom you can cut your finger on it if not careful and pull out couch was like a banana and not adequate sheets or pillows supplied. Stayed 3 nights and never received any service even when asked. Pool was freezing!!!

Pros:

The room was nice. Liked the layout.

Cons:

Being denied towels. Toilet didn't work well. Cupboard doors off hinges, dirty toilet paper on bathroom floor. Pool was chaos and completely unsafe and unenjoyable. Hot tub was poor.
