Всё очень приятно, уютно, потрясающий вид из ресторана на завтраке, но круче всего невероятно доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. Расположение бомба тоже!

If we ever return to Istanbul, we will stay at Hotel Sumengen again!
Pros:

The location is perfect for walking to the main sites, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the water. Breakfast was tasty, with a large variety of options from which to choose. Great service!

Served the purpose but should have been more comfortable
Pros:

Air conditioning was not working in my room.
The bathtub drain was clogged and very slow draining. The glass encasing the bathtub should be a full glass door . Water was left all over the floor after each shower I took. Free breakfast should have more continental food items like yogurt, fresh fruit, butter and bread along with a toaster for the bread

Pros:

Loved staying at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, it was like staying at a family home. The place was squeaky clean with lots of cafes, restaurants and historical sites in walking distance. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Enjoyed every second of our stay. Rooms were spacious and clean, will consider staying here for our upcoming trips.

Pros:

Property was exactly like in the photos and in a great location, walking distance to many historical sites. It was super clean. Since it’s a boutique hotel, staff were very attentive and friendly. Loved the Turkish breakfast buffet!!! Would definitely consider staying here during my next trip to Istanbul.
