Petit déjeuner restreint et débit de douche très faible pourtant dans une chambre rénovée
Tres belle hotel.
L emplacement ideal. Tres proche du centre ville et autres.
Personnel tres profesionnel, tres souriant.
La personne qui s occupe du SPA ne viens pas voire tout les client et c est fort dommange.
Elle selectionne, car j aurais aimer qu elle viennent me voire comme les autres clientes. Et me presente les diffetentes formules.
Salle de sport nest pas du tout pareil que sur les photo.
Je pense qu il faudrait le mettre a jour sir le cite pour que les clients ne sois pas dessus, quand il veront reellement la salle.

I liked only the staff of the pool area, and during the breakfast, the waiters, the lady and who make the msemen that's the only think that I like it during my staying.
Firstly, when I just checked after midnight , I informed the receptionist that my cousin would join me the day after. He told me that he just needed her ID card. During the afternoon, another receptionist informed me that I hadn't booked for 2 pax , it's mentioned only 1pax and he didn't let my cousin in. Telling me to pay the supplement. 30 euro and I was ready to pay it and he sent me to another lady for payment telling me 60 euro that's makes me more angry. I asked the lady and told me that 30 euro is pet night . I came back to the receptionist. I told him why he didn't explain to me with a cold attitude that already informed me . And I reply him I'm in my country you should talk to me in Dirhams second things I didn't sleep well first day , I fel like I'm in the aeroport pple carrying their luggage at 3 am, in the booking.com it's mentioned that u serve alcohol that it's no more in ur hotel and small gesture to provide as a amenities or discount during the payment of the supplement.
I'm questioned the receptionist why 4*hotel not providing at least 2 bottles of water per day , no toothpaste. Coffee and tea in the room , it's a shame for and hotel 4*, breakfast was also worst as I mentioned before only msmen and begurir are Wow.
That I really didn't appreciate it.
You have 4 years to work on it. If you want to welcome tourists of World Cup 2030, otherwise to be a mess.
Hotel was extremely dated and room was horrendous. I was really worried we were going to catch something from the stains in the bathroom. Had to call the travel agent who put pressure on the hotel to move us. We had already paid extra to get a superior room, there was nothing superior about this!
Breakfast was nice enough as they make fresh omelettes and flatbreads.
Good location but wouldn’t stay here again. Even the locals said the hotel was very bad!
La piscina
el aire acondicionado, debiera ser mejor y la tv.
Hotel nice cleaned every day clean towels every day. Pool refreshing drinks expensive but very nice. Food ok spa didn't use but Jacuzzi and treatments available at a cost.
The swimming pool!
Very comfortable. Basic but ample breakfast. Very respectful staff.
Poolside beds are controlled by the poolman, request one early. Aircon broke but was fixed on 3rd request (within a couple of hours.)
Positives -
We were pleasantly surprised with hotel and very reasonable for the price we paid.
Great location - close to main street good for shopping, restaurants and 20min walk to Medina. Mini shop round the corner very cheap for snacks and drinks.
Room was large, with air con and we had a queen bed. We didnt pay for the upgrade so was an older room yet to be renovated but suited us fine. Mini fridge and safe in room. Large sofa also. Bathroom basic, no qualms.
Pool is a great size.
Breakfast was lovely variety of omelette, hot food, pastries and cold selection. Lunch bar menu also very tasty - pizza and chicken burger were lovely!
Whilst "no alcohol", beer is served at bar in bottles.
Negatives --
It is run down, look closely and there is plenty of maintenence issues around the pool and in the rooms (which they are sorting). Parasols around the pool need replacing (and I would suggest they dont get dragged around daily!)
So many sun loungers are left for the day with towels on them - be better to hand out a card at check in to use to claim a towel and if lose card pay a fine - more people wouldn't leave their towels that way and make it easier to move about the pool and find a space.
Water bottles should be allowed at the pool also - i get why no fizzy as they want money at the bar but water is a simple human right.
Nous avons passées un super séjour entre copines à Diwane Hôtel et Spa...Cet hôtel nous avait été recommandé par une connaissance qui y avait passé un super séjour et nous n’avons pas été déçues...le personnel dans son ensemble est très aimable, spécialement très bonne mention à notre femme de chambre ZARA toujours aux petits soins et surtout très souriante et chaleureuse ❤️...
Hôtel bien décoré, propre, lits confortables, bien insonorisé, belle et grande piscine très bon petit déjeuner et dîner variés (buffet), bonne ambiance musiciens traditionnels les soirs chic moments 🥰...Hôtel bien placé avec à proximité de bons restaurants, boutiques, supermarché...Facilité de transports, à 5€ (50Dh) en taxi de la Place Jema El Fna environs 10-15mn.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons certainement!
