Pros:

La proximité des endroits à visiter. Le déjeuner à la chambre est très bon. On y a toujours des collations/thé/café à porter de main à l'accueil. Stationnement en face. Lit très confortable.

Cons:

Le seul bémol est qu'il faut descendre pour se procurer du thé. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire la chambre.

Will come back to stay again when I visit Quebec again!!
Pros:

Location: Excellent location within walking distance of the train station, Old Québec, the Old Port, Château Frontenac, Dufferin Terrace, and the famous Petit Champlain neighborhood.

Staff and management: Outstanding service, especially from Justin at the front desk. He warmly welcomed me and my friends and went above and beyond by recommending places to visit and eat. He also helped us plan a smart one-day itinerary, allowing us to explore Québec efficiently while conserving our energy.

Breakfast: Simple, classic, and charming—delivered by hanging it on the door.

Amenities and toiletries: High-quality L’Occitane products provided.

Pros:

Literie super confortable! Chambre de bonne grandeur et bien configurée. Hôtel bien situé, à proximité de tout et tout peut se faire à pied. Déjeuner correct mais pas plus.

Cons:

Thermostat en degré F alors qu'on est au Canada et difficile d'avoir une bonne température dans la chambre. Bruits dans le grenier ou sur le toit.

La gentillesse du personnel
La propreté de la chambre
Le super petit déjeuner

Cons:

L’impossibilité de baisser le chauffage qui d’après le réceptionniste est réglé par étage et en fonction donc de la globalité. C’est vrai que nous chauffons très peu (notre domicile est à 17/18°C) alors forcément quand dans la chambre il faisait plus de 23°C pour nous ça n’a pas été supportable. À par de ça tout est super!

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L’accueil, la proximité du stationnement et du vieux Québec, lit très confortable

Cons:

Lampe de table de chevet non fonctionnel, nous y étions pour deux jours et la chambre n’a pas été nettoyé suite à notre première nuit ce qui nous a surpris (lit non fait et salle de bain non nettoyé, ) , le fait que nous n’y étions que pour deux nuits, nous n’en avons pas fait un drame mais nous nous questionnons car dans la majorité des hôtels c’est fait.

Staff was so helpful and fantastic- we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast tasted good, but hard to eat it in the room. A breakfast room would have been nice. The location was good for us because we needed to be close to the train station, but it was uphill to go to the main part of the tourist attractions.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

Localisé rue St Paul en ville basse de Québec cet hôtel est un petit bijou. Évidemment les québécois sont en majorité des petits bonbons mais dans cet hôtel la gentillesse est le mot d’ordre! Nous avons aime tout sans exception et même le petit déjeuné servi directement à notre porte. Le manque d’œuf et de bacon ne me fera même pas donner une note inférieur tant c’était génial.

Cons:

Breakfast is veeeeery low quality /poor for a 4* hotel. Location is ok-ish, but a bit far from main attractions especially when weather is cold. Staff very impolite, sometimes even rude, they didn’t even say Goodmorning or basic things unless you talked to them. I wouldn’t recommend for this price.
