Very nice lower-town hotel in good location
Pros:

Very nice hotel in lower town area of Quebec. Walking distance to antique stores and restaurants, and parking is right across the street. Billed as a 4-star but maybe only a three (no bar or restaurant; continental breakfast is delivered to the room), rooms are dark (old building). Clean and quiet, and front desk staff very helpful.

Nice Hotel in Lower Town
Pros:

Check in and parking were very smooth; front desk staff was very helpful. Walking distance to antique shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms were dark, no restaurant or bar, on a busy road, continental breakfast served in a bag at the room.

Excellent room but the breakfast (in a bag) was an epic fail.
Pros:

Wonderful location, superb room, very clean with reasonable parking fees.

Cons:

Breakfast delivered in a bag outside the room in the morning was lame, and it was not of a great standard.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Great little hotel close walk to the Lower City, Petit Champlain....
Nice clean rooms. Great amenities. Bath robes were a nice surprise. Staff very friendly and accommodating. For the money you can't go wrong. Only downfall was broken ice machine.

Great location and nice breakfast
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and the in-room breakfast each morning was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located and within a short walking distance from the train station and to Old Quebec City. There are many wonderful bistros and cafes within a short walking distance of the hotel.
