We stayed here for 2 nights whilst celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary. Firstly, a massive thank you to Fabrizio who made our stay that bit more special. THANK YOU
The hotel itself was lovely. Its location is amazing. Looks straight out onto the Tower Bridge and there's so much to do in the area.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at coming to London.
Excellent hotel everyone was kind and helpful We did all the major attractions and it was very central We also had to attend Gus hospital whilst here and it was very convenient for this
The hotel is in a great location, but we would not stay there again
Upon check in we were told that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the rooms and there was work going on so we could be disturbed by loud drilling
The receptionist then told us she could upgrade our room so we had more space and less noise, she made it sound like this was a complimentary upgrade due to the issues but when I asked how much this would cost she told us an extra £80 per night! We declined
The room its self was so small that it couldn’t fit a bedside table on both sides of the bed and so there were no plug sockets there
The sheets had marks on them and the bathroom wasn’t spotless, marks in the sink
I am not one to leave bad reviews but I need to be honest
We were shocked and will not be returning to this hotel

Very unhelpful reception workers. Called down to tell them the room wasn’t appropriate with a single bed for my 2 year old instead of a cot and got ‘go and speak to reception’ room wasn’t cleaned for us

Es muy antiguo, los muebles no funcionan perfectamente, alfombra sucia, falta dar mantenimiento.
The location is our absolute favourite and the view of the bridge is amazing but this hotel needs to update and refresh the rooms and facilities.
Dates rooms and cannot get away with the views being the attraction to stay here.

Das Zimmer wurde trotz Hinweis, dass.es jetzt frei wäre, nicht gemacht. Nachmittags, gegen 16:00, während wir uns vom Vormittag ausruhten, wollte man in das Zimmer
The location was fantastic- I turned the bed around to be able to lie in bed and look straight at the magnificent Tower Bridge illuminated at night.
The furnishings and bathroom was very dated.
The location is excellent.
Hot drinks at breakfast was poor. I prefer freshly brewed tea and coffee to a machine.
Rooms are in need of modernisation.
Great location great room and an amazing aircon unit in our room! Comfy beds and great shower. Polite and helpful staff.
