Nice but could of been better

Drilling for hours in the afternoon, sink drain did not function properly, fridge drain was blocked, a person vaping in the food eating area and no staff intervention

Old, dirty rooms and hallways. Pizza box left in the hall for 2 days. Hall carpet was never vacuumed and had stuff all over it.

Ubicación inmejorable... estas a pasos del Tower... a 2 cuadras del metro, a 2 cuadras del castillo y tienes tooodaaaa la caminata costera a disposición.
Tiene un restaurante - bar, con vista al puente.
Pese a la gran cantidad de huéspedes funciona bien el proceso de desayuno, con un chef a disposición para preparar omelet y una amplia variedad de productos.

The 'scrum' for breakfast was a let down. Space was totally inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel.

De bedden en de stretcher bed voor onze zoon waren erg zacht en slecht comfort. Zwembad alleen toegankelijk voor 16 jaar en ouder. Dat was een tegenvaller voor onze zoon van 13 jaar.

Fab location but rooms need doing badly , old and dirty

The hotel is in a fabulous location

Cons:

The rooms are shabby and dirty , urine in toilet when we arrived, room dirty , shower didn’t work and we reported it staff could be bothered to log complaint, when we finally go a staff member to see to the shower the maintenance man couldn’t fix it but left crumbs all over the bathroom floor and sink , he’d obviously been having his dinner while in our room.. shocking to say the least !!

Great , concierge the best and bell boys

We paid for Tower Bridge view , got given room on level one but view was partially blocked by a metal bar in front of. Should have given us one more level up
