ubicación fenomenal, vistas increíbles (no tiene ningún tipo de sentido, el desayuno estaba increíble, las habitaciones bastantes limpias y camas bastante cómodas.

Cons:

Nada, me encanto todo, ojala volver a repetir en este pedazo de hotel.

The best choice where to stay in London.
Pros:

Staff is very helpful, room was very nice, I was suprice about big and comfi bed, extra bed is really for kid or teenage, is not for adult. We have room with Tower bridge view and it was the best view ihave ever had.

Cons:

Breakfast was same every day, good but still same.

Cons:

Came to propose to my girlfriend. Was given the chance to upgrade for a cheaper price. Get there, no upgrade, full price. The bell boy then laughed when I told him our room, so I upgraded for £50/60 ish extra. To be moved to another average room not even like the suite. Disappointed

Amazing stay, amazing location, the best views.

Guest of the day and free Bottle of wine

Cons:

Late checkout was crowded and they blocked the cards to get back into the rooms at 13:45 which delayed us checking out and when we did they then tried to say we were late checking out and could be charged. I told them the only reason we were late was due to being locked out of our room.

This happened to a few people and it took the manager to allow us to go get our bags and check out without a charge

Amazing and will be back again!
Pros:

Such a fabulous and jaw dropping location with the view of Tower Bridge and St Katherine's Docks just outside the door. Staff were magnificent with helping accommodate my family.

Cons:

Facilities are quite old. The bathroom had a leak while we were there.

Cons:

While checking in the woman behind the counter seemed to not have a very good day, we had to ask another member of staff where and how late te breakfast was the following morning cause the lady behind the desk didn't feel like telling us
