So near attractions , very clean staff lovely
Clean staff friendly
The view was amazing
Price of drinks at the hotel bar.
Vue exceptionnelle, chambre spatieuse, emplacement.
On the Thames. Normally I like the rooms, bit outdated but one can open the windows, clean and space, etc.
This time the mattress was old and bad for my back.

Great location and brilliant bedroom veiw
The hotel was in such an ideal location for us and had an amazing view of the bridge. Really easy to find from Towerhill underground.
Staff where really lovely and very helpful
Again staff were really nice and helpful.
The view was amazing. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy.
Location,room and view were perfect
The room service/ food was overpriced and very poor quality
Excellent location, the best view from our room, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome.
The bath could have been cleaner
The view was beautiful. Lovely hotel, easy to get too once you knew how to get there. didn’t get an opportunity to try breakfast
Perfect hotel, perfect location.
Eventually we were given a room which looked over the river. A lovely view of London which is what I initially thought we were booking.
After requesting rooms close to each other as the family was split into 2 rooms, the staff put us on different floors. My has a lovely modern room over looking Tower Bridge. While me and my son were sent to an upper floor into what can only be described as a 1970s prison cell.
Tiny windows, 70s decor, damage to the building fabric, mouldy shower screen, small high level prison windows with no view and blocking natural light - see photos. After complaining the staff said the hotel was fully booked. I then told them to cancel the room and I’ll go else where. Amazingly the staff suddenly found another room on a lower floor which was lovely and modern.
If we had been given this room in the beginning it would have been 4 stars. Unfortunately the situation we found ourselves was not great and we were lied to by the staff. Clearly the hotel wasn’t full because they found another room when I said we were leaving.
