Wish I could have stayed longer
Pros:

It was wonderful. So clean. Friendly staff. Had an amazing view of the mountains. Had an electric fire place. Kitchen with dish washer. Had a washer and dryer with starter supplies. A big balcony. Nice hot tubs and pool with fire pits. Also offered a shuttle to Main Street.

Cons:

Wasn’t one thing I disappointed in.

We would come back here in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with so many amenities.Ryan at the front desk was so helpful giving suggestions about restaurants and things to do in the area plus letting us know all services the hotel offered.

Cons:

It really was outstanding. No negatives at all.

Poor customer service
Pros:

We had a disappointing experience at this property. As Globalist members, we did not receive the expected benefits—no water was provided, and we were denied late checkout.
When we inquired about a suite upgrade, we were initially told one was available for a fee. However, when we asked if it could be complimentary based on our Globalist status, the response changed and we were told that suites were sold out, which was confusing and frustrating.
Overall, this was one of the poorest customer service experiences we’ve had at a Hyatt property.

Great experience, would love to come back for a week.
Pros:

Great pools, lobby/game room, cheap

Cons:

Appliances were nice but not adjusted to fit in their holes properly. Thermostat was not intuitive and reset to a higher temperature sometime during the night.

Nice property with good location but will likely stay somewhere else next time
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was heated even in winter and fun for kids but not for couples necessarily.

Cons:

Rooms are not serviced daily and getting towels or trash pickup was a hassle. When we finally got a mini clean it was late day when we wanted to be back in the room. Also there were lots of rules for what we had to do at checkout to help the housekeeping while we felt like they barely did anything.

Disappointed
Pros:

I was supposed to stay with them back in December of 2025. Unfortunately, my sister passed away the very day I was supposed to fly out and check in. I called to see if they could offer a refund given the circumstances, and I even offered to provide documentation as proof. Sadly, corporate said they would make no exceptions.

This was very disappointing and honestly felt extremely insensitive. I understand that businesses have policies, but I believe there should also be room for compassion and understanding during unexpected life tragedies. Because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking with Hyatt again or recommending them to others.

Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y muy limpias.

Cons:

La ubicación es lejos del centro, a pesar de tener el shuttle, llega a ser un poco incomodo no poder salir caminando al centro.

The family atmosphere, the hut tub was great, the shuttle to the main Street was very well operated, the room was hute and well equipped.
