Cons:

Traveled with infant. No high chairs in restaurant so had to eat with infant in my lap. The hotel could offer high chairs and cribs for those traveling with babies.

much enjoyed and will be booking again!
Pros:

beautiful property. our family loved all of the amenities from the game room to the fitness room and pool. the inside lobby was very clean. the rooms were spotless. the kitchen came fully stocked with dishes and cookware which we really appreciated. washer and dryer in our room was super convenient. pool had complimentary towels and was the perfect size inside and out. great view of the mountains.

Cons:

our only complaint was trying to connect our smartphone to the tv cast. but not a huge deal.

The facilities were world class. Excellent.

The staff were incredibly unaccommodating.

We made several small requests such as a later check out, earlier check in (4PM is far too late given what we pay per night!)

While we were offered to be able to use the pool facilities later on check out day, there is no shower facilities! It would have been appreciated to be able to use a vacant room for an hour or some small consideration given to a family travelling from Australia with young children.

While we loved the property itself, we were extremely disappointed in the staffs willingness to be helpful and make the stay special.

Good food selection from the kitchen
Easy to rent gear (ski and boarding) within the hotel and sledding from the front desk

Umm every hotel needs a water refilled period!

Rooms were spacious and AAAAAAAHHHMAZING!! Dryer and washer was a cherry on top!

They gave great recommendations for my kiddos for their first snowboard experience and we loved every part of it!
