Goed. Woonkamer kunnen verduisteren maakt het af.
Pros:

Locatie is heerlijk aan het binnenmeer de Alster. Wijk met leuke restaurantjes, rustig en chique buurt.
Parkeerplek onder het appartement is perfect.

Cons:

De woonkamer, die bij 4 personen als tweede slaapkamer dient heeft geen gordijnen om ruimte te verduisteren. Dat is onprettig. De slaapbank is prima.

Great location, just need to fine tune the management.
Pros:

It was a great location. The apartment had a great layout with a full bathroom and modern finishes.

Cons:

Out party of 2 adults and 2 children required two beds and a crib. There was extra bedding for the sofa-bed, but there were no duvet covers on the blankets nor pillow cases on the pillows in order to accommodate our whole party. We had to spend valuable time on our 2-night stay putting covers on the blankets and pillows.

The crib was in the unit but not set up.

Lovely apartment in great location for the Alster.
Pros:

Location, level of comfort, natural light, close to Alster and supermarket, well equipped. Excellent security and parking garage.

Cons:

Few minor snags in the kitchen which we reported and lift not functioning on arrival (but fixed following day). Sofa was slightly stained. Would recommend a few fans for warmer weather.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gepflegt und es war für unser Familie so gut wie alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Sehr zu empfehlen

Cons:

Gemüseschäler und ein Küchenmesser haben gefehlt.

Super Lage und Super Appartement
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Wir waren beim Tennis Open am Rothenbaum und das Appartement ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Gleich im die Ecke sind zwei wunderbare Cafés wo man super Frühstücken kann.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr weich. Liegt aber daran das ich Zuhause auf einer harten Matratze schlafe. Das ist einfach nur Geschmackssache. Der eine schläft so besser ,der andere so.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage genossen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns vor allem überzeugt. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter sehr unkompliziert und immer zeitnah.

Cons:

Die Bett-Situation für 5 Personen bei dem doch recht hohen Preis war nicht so vorteilhaft. (Nur ein Doppelbett, ansonsten Schlafsofas, die ganz okay waren. Allerdings stand das auch in der Beschreibung.)

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt; Lage ist sehr gut.
Pros:

Lage 1a, fußläufig wenige Minuten zur Alster, viele Restaurants im Umkreis. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, das Badezimmer sehr stilvoll mit großer Dusche und Wanne. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und eine Tiefgarage (die allerdings nicht direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar ist). Es gab sogar ein Babybett und Hochstuhl, also optimal für Familien geeignet. Die Räume sind groß, die offene Küche ansprechend. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen - wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen! Danke.

Cons:

Baulärm vor der Tür, dafür konnten die Eigentümer allerdings nichts, da es sich um Tagesbaustellen zu handeln schien (Straßenarbeiten).

Pros:

great quiet location, perfectly equipped bright apartment, private garage

Cons:

The elevator was not working during our stay, the apartment is on the third floor. This is probably just a temporary problem. We were unable to fold out the sofa bed. But there were plenty of other sleeping places.
