Pros:

the apartment was really well equipped, super clean and we immediately felt like home!

Cons:

Check-in at 6 PM is honestly quite unreasonable. Also, we accidentally left something behind in the apartment and never got it back, which was really disappointing.

Comfortable for a couple nights.
Pros:

Location. Spacious. Comfortable.

Cons:

PIN code didn’t work to open the door. The lockbox key information was wrong. Communication needs to be more accurate. Dishwasher was still loaded. Fridge temp set to super cold, so everything was frozen.

Nice place to stay if you don’t travel with a trolley
Pros:

We were in the apartment number 2.
The location was very good.
The apartment was very confortable.
Having a washing machine was a big plus.

Cons:

We arrived and the extra bed and extra crib were not ready, we had to assemble our selves. (When you pay this amount of money you expect to have it ready). The owner said that we should have said that we wanted the beds to be ready.(this was the first time we encountered this situation).
The parking spot is very small.
We were traveling with a double trolley for our twin babies and everyday we had to leave the trolley in the car during night and push it up through the garage every time we left the house. (The entrance of the garage is very steep and has bumps, so the situation was not easy, confortable or pleasant all).
The elevator starts from the first level of the garage, but the parking spot is on the second, so you need to carry everything up the stairs. From the street the access is with stairs too.
In the kitchen will be appreciated to have some extra lids for the pans and pots (there was only one very small). And the pans looked old and used, they need to be replaced.

Pros:

We liked everything! The beds are very comfortable, the appartment is spotlessly clean and the quality of the equipment is exceptional. We were left 4 bottles of soft drinks, coffee capsules and a packet of Giotto sweets as a greeting gift.

Cons:

We would have liked a hand-towel and one or two more dish towels for the kitchen.... but this is a very minor issue.

Sehr schönes Appartment, ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt

Cons:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Einzug eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer bei der an und Abreise wäre ideal gewesen, da die Check in Zeit doch sehr spät angesetzt war
