El atendimiento de la señorita Alicia en el comedor fue espectacular, le pondría un 10x10 solo a ella, a los demás también pero a ella mas y la señora de la plancha otro 10, muchas gracias por su sonrisa y también estamos agradecida a la chica de recepción del bonanza que fue donde nos tocó alojarnos, gracias

Las habitaciones son amplias demasiado espacio vacío, le pondrías percheros para ciando uno entra de la calle dejar bolsas chaquetas paraguas mojados etc. Y en el baño debería de haber mas baño con pmr, a mis compis les tocó una habitación super grande y su baño accesible, o tener las 2 opciones plato ducha y bañera 🛁

La comida estaba bastante bien. El hotel está en una zona agradable y tranquila.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina estaba muy fría y gran parte de las hamacas estaban tan desgastadas que te hundías al tumbarte.

Posiłki ,bardzo dobre różnorodne, świeże smaczne. Mila pomocna obsługa .(wszędzie) recepcja .restauracja kuchnia i panie sprzątające. Dziękujemy za uśmiech.

Cons:

Trochę zaskakująca dodatkowa oplata za napoje ,kawę wodę do kolacji . 3 euro za osobę trochę dziwne ale..??? Brak szklanek w pokojach, często w nocy się pije ,można z butelki ale przy tak Ładnym hotelu, wieczorem na balkonie szklanka do wody lub lampka do wina ( nawet estetyczna plastikowa) wydaje się nie za dużym wymaganiem. Choć narzekać zawsze można. Mini lodówka/ chłodziarka była niesprawna może przeoczenie ,ale to małe mankamenty. Ogólnie milo , choć wyciszenie słabe i zamontowany bidet w zaskakujący (nie praktyczny/kolidujacy z toa) sposób . Klima ok. i przy okazji jak będę.....wrócę.

Repetiría mañana mismo
Pros:

La habitación súper grande, silenciosa y confortable. Con vistas al teide y al mar. Estuve en el canarife y repetiría sin pensarlo. Todo el hotel muy limpio , muy cuidado, tanto las instalaciones interiores como las exteriores( jardin, piscina). El buffet del hotel variado y comida bastante rica.

Pros:

Fui sola con dos niños de cuatro años y todo fueron ayudas, así que seguro que volveré porque el personal fue estupendo. Hotel muy tranquilo.

Si tengo que decir algo malo es el aparcamiento y las hamacas pero es lo normal de otros establecimientos.

Adorámos toda a estadia, recomendamos imenso e sem dúvida que será um lugar a regressar!
Pros:

Tudo perfeito. Desde a localização, refeições, quartos bastantes espaçosos, com espaço de lazer (varanda) e uma vista magnífica com uma boa relação qualidade/preço, ao entretenimento (tanto diurno como noturno).

Cons:

Pena a piscina interior estar fechada nos meses de verão, daria muito jeito já que apanhámos uns dias nublados.
