BLUESEA Puerto Resort

The hotel was really good with 2 pools and the all inclusive. Just for the buffet it was very similar each day, so not much choices. But really good when you are going with friends.

Están bien la instalaciones aunque remodelar un poco no vendría mal y cambiar las TV de las habitaciones, de resto, fenomenal.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Puerto Resort. The rooms may be a bit old-fashioned, but they were clean and well-maintained. I noticed that they were refurbishing the fifth floor, which suggests that they have plans to update the decor in the future.

If you'd like, you can request daily cleaning and towel changes. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room, a large wardrobe, and a generous terrace.

The food was excellent, offering a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. There was always something new to try. The drinks were also great.

The swimming pool area was not crowded, perhaps due to the time of year, and the indoor pool and gym were similarly peaceful. You can use the gym and join water fitness classes, as long as you sign up in advance – and these are all free of charge.

The resort consists of three hotels, and meals are served at two of them. This was not an issue for us, and we appreciated the ability to use the facilities at all three hotels. You don’t have to stay at a specific hotel to enjoy a drink; you can visit any of the other hotels. The resort is conveniently located near shops and offers beautiful views of the ocean.

They also organize evening entertainment after 9 PM, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and have no complaints. However, if you're particularly picky or enjoy complaining, you may find some things that aren't to your liking. But in general, it’s important to relax a

Hotel agradable y bien ubicado a 15 minutos andando del centro del Puerto de la Cruz.
El personal amable y atento.
La habitación muy sencilla era espaciosa aunque alguna actualización del baño mejoraría mucho la experiencia

Fantastic staff and meals [not so much the snacks] lovely building, a few signs of age in places. Gym is just good enough, activities and pools are great.

Siisti mutta jo vähän kulahtanut hotelli,äänieristys kyllä huono,kaikki meteli kuuluu käytäviltä ja viereisistä huoneista.

We had four different rooms beacuse of a broken door, bedbugs, spots on the carpet, stinking rooms and after got downgrated to a view with a stone wall with a room that had runnning toilet and screaming kids on both sides…
The personal was bad at english and didn’t understand what we where takling about, even tho they said “i understand” a hundred times.
The food was bland and i got food poison two times. No beuno!!!!
After battling with the personal for three days and waiting two days to talking to the manager we got a room with mountain view in the hotel on the other side, that room was clean with no trouble tho.
The AC only worked in the last room with mountain view out of all four rooms…
Water is no option after 23 pm so you need to buy a bottled water yourself from the vending machine, so much for “all inclusive”
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, they are a bunch of amatures with no sence of service. Save your hard earned money and find something better, for gods sake and your own, please!

When arriving at the hotel, the reception area was well cleaned and smelt really nice. However, when I got to the room it smelt like old flour. After going to bed I was awakened by things crawling over me. I brushed them off, not knowing what they were. I was later awakened again by things crawling over me. Shortly after my travelling companion called to say she was having a similar experience in her room. Upon further investigation we discovered that both rooms were infested by bed bugs, some of them big from feeding on us.

This was reported to the staff who arranged another room for us. Unfortunately that room was also infested so we had to leave that room as well. It was not until around 2pm that we were allocated new rooms.

It was a really poor experience and I will be raising a formal complaint.

La struttura è un po' da rimodernare e siccome si disloca su 3 stabili (Bonanza, Interpalace e canarife palace) non è molto semplice capire subito dove andare. La cosa peggiore è che la mia stanza era infestata dalle cimici dei letti e la cosa non è accettabile tanto più che te le puoi portare a casa tra la biancheria! L'ho fatto presente in reception spero risolvano, cmq la camera era la 312 del canarife.

Teníamos contratada una habitación superior y dava mucho que desear.
También encontramos algún bichito en la habitación.
