An enjoyable stay
Pros:

First time at this hotel ( although been to Adeje a few times ) we had an 11 night stay , staff very friendly , rooms spacious and comfortable, pool areas good - a few to choose from and always found a sunbed , no need to rush at 8.30am to secure one 😳! We were on half board , breakfast was plentiful, lots to choose from ,, however evening meal in our opinion ( we r not fussy eaters ) was not as good,,, basic ,, pasta / pizza ( although not under heat lamps ? ) - The salad area was ok , but the centre hot food / live cooking area did nt seem to have good quality / choice food !! But in saying that we did manage to find something, but the food ( in our opinion) was not 4* ,,, ! We would definitely return back , for the right price , but on bed - breakfast basis .. Entertainment on an evening was good ..An enjoyable stay !! Adeje itself is fab !! Lovely resort !

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Just got back from a weeks stay at Hotel Fanabe. Had a lovely time, stayed B&B & plenty of choice. From cereals, fruits, fresh juices to cava. Every where was clean & tidy. All staff lively & friendly. Had lunch a few time at the pool bar & was lovely. Salad was a very good size & price very reasonable. Paid 10€ less than a restaurant opposite the hotel & it was so much nicer. Drink where also good price, nice to see they didn’t increase their prices because it was a hotel. It’s about a 7 min walk down hill to the beach & many restaurants & bars. Would highly recommended this hotel.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Clean, spacious and comfortable room with good balcony. Good breakfast selection but as often the case, food not warm enough. Roof terrace and bar great. Outdoor singer was lovely atmosphere on our evening arrival.

Cons:

Unpleasant man at breakfasts, chef? Black hat, grumpy, shaking his head at people, miserable and rude, no English when I asked what I'd done wrong. Saw similar attitude to other diners, working on juice bar and omelette station.

Best hotel for years
Pros:

This is the fourth time I have been to this hotel and every time it has been great. We are going back in 8 weeks time and look forward to the friendly staff all across each department, reception helpful bar staff excellent even the roof pool attendant. People have made comments about the food I think they must live on Big Macs at home they need to experiment and they will find it’s great. I have seen the comments about the noise nonsense in four visits maybe once or twice there has been a little noise when people are going to bed. Some nice walks around the hotel and it’s best to get your perfume from the shop at the Dukes shopping centre.

2 star hotel
Pros:

Positives: rooms are clean, pool is nice.
Negatives: SO LOUD AT NIGHT.
The paper thin walls you can hear everything banging swearing people arguing.
No sleep unless you take something to knock you out.
No temperature control in the room either freezing cold or boiling hot.
Bathroom and going into hotel room floods if you take a shower- reported but no body came to sort out as promised several times.
Cheap and cheerful hotel I would not be impressed if I had paid more than I did. This is a budget hotel and not 4 stars in the slightest.

Not the best we’ve experienced in the past
Pros:

Me and my family have been coming here for the past 4 years and unfortunately this time was the last. The past 4 years we have never had an issue with kids throwing a ball round in the pool but this time they were told off for playing with a tiny rubber ball. Absolute madness when it’s a family hotel which is meant to be kid friendly. So we went to the onsite shop to buy him a inflatable crocodile to play in the pool with as he is a 9 year old child and was told we could buy it for 20e but couldn’t use it in the shop.
No balls allowed even round the kids pools is crazy kids need to be kids on holiday.
Now let me start with the amount of drugs being smoked round the pool how can this be allowed and kids not being allowed to be kids.
There is an adult only section on the roof if people don’t want to let kids be kids surely they can go up there.
Booked my son into kids club the night before took him down and was told he would be bored and would want to leave after 10 mins as they would only be colouring in and they don’t normally open unless they have 8 or more kids booked in my son was the only one there and wanted to stay so they let him for an hour.
Entertainment team were great with the kids but this hotel has changed since 2024 I will not be bringing my child back it seems to be catering for the older generation now.
2 nights of no entertainment in the pool bar and the singers out the front weren’t that great we went out most nights.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay overall. The staff clearly work incredibly hard, and it shows—especially in how smoothly the restaurant is run, even when it’s busy. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is a little dated in places, but it’s kept very clean, and we appreciated the fresh towels provided daily. The pool area is well managed, opening from 10am to 6pm, and they are quite strict about these times. Towels are available poolside, and it’s great that reserving sunbeds isn’t allowed—it keeps things fair for everyone.

Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide selection, so there’s plenty of choice no matter your preference.

The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop pool and sunbathing area. It’s much quieter and more relaxing compared to the main pool, which is lovely but tends to be busier with families and children. The rooftop offered a more peaceful atmosphere, which we really enjoyed. We got chatting to many people who return here year after year and we can see why.

Chill hotel that tries to cater to everyone
Pros:

Rooms were clean and what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel in Tenerife. All staff were friendly although at night the bar staff could be slow at times to take orders for drinks which was frustrating. We were all inclusive and the drinks included were as standard one of each type of drink except for cider with multiple other options available that you can pay for with 40% off if you are all inclusive. We didn’t have any issues with noise other than when people were in the hall outside the room you could hear them like they were in your room especially when chapping a door it sounded like it was your door being knocked which was annoying. The location of the hotel is great, it’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach and it’s right next to the Costa Adeje markets which were great. There’s also a Siam park bus stop just a 1 minute walk from the hotel which makes it easy to get to Siam park if that’s in your plans. All of the food was pretty good with the only issue being the very limited selection every day. They have the potential to put out a lot more choice but they don’t it seems they just put multiple of the same food in different places of the main restaurant. The hotel has 4 pools, one main one, one for kids and two on the rooftop area which is adults only. The rooftop bar was great very chill and plenty of sunbeds and seating. The hotel also has a strict policy on towels being left on sunbeds which was very refreshing meaning you don’t have to worry about not getting a bed. I think If I booked this hotel again I wouldn’t go all inclusive due to the lack of food options alone I would rather opt to go out for food which we did on a few occasions. The entertainment was okay at best. During the day there wasn’t much going on and at night there would be live music at the front of the hotel and on occasion there would be another form of entertainment happening at the back which does help to cater for everyone’s tastes. Other than that the entertainment team weren’t the best from our experience they would just walk around and shout that they were doing an activity of sort but not really make much of an effort to get to know guests or encourage guests to get involved much at all if any. Overall the hotel is very chilled with multiple areas for people to do as they please. We enjoyed our time at this hotel but not quite enough for us to book again unfortunately.

housekeeping thief
Pros:

I booked this hotel expecting a solid 4-star experience, but it honestly felt closer to a 2-star stay.

The biggest issue was the room itself. It’s clearly overdue for an update—worn furniture, dated décor, and an overall tired feel that doesn’t match the rating they advertise. For the price and supposed standard, I expected something far more modern and well-maintained.

What made things worse was a serious incident during my stay: an item of clothing went missing from my room. I’m certain I didn’t misplace it, and it disappeared after housekeeping had been in. That’s not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable. When you stay at a hotel, basic trust and security are non-negotiable.

Overall, between the outdated room and the theft issue, this was not the experience I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements—both in their facilities and their handling of guest security.
