Las instalaciones son maravillosas, con un ambiente muy agradable, y el personal de recepcion fue super atento con nosotros.

Ottima posizione, molto comoda per il mare e il diving. Mi sono piaciuti molto anche gli spazi interni, in particolare la hall e l’area spettacoli, ricche di piante vere e con una piacevole sensazione di verde e relax. Colazione varia, ordinata e ben curata. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza del miele servito direttamente dal favo, una chicca che dà un bel valore aggiunto

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. After reading some negative reviews, I can confidently say that most of them are nonsense.

The only downside we experienced was that when we checked in, no one explained how the system in the restaurant works — that you need to find a table first and give your card to the waiter. One of the waiters told us this quite rudely.

The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. Yes, they are not very large, but there is so much greenery both inside the building and outside. The hotel is cleaned regularly. We were given room 113 and our friends stayed in room 115. The rooms face a quiet part of the hotel. Towels were changed every day.

We had an all-inclusive package. The food is quite varied, except for breakfast, but you definitely won’t go hungry. The view from the pool of the mountains and the ocean is absolutely stunning, and the sunsets are amazing. The alcohol is also good quality.

When booking, we didn’t know that the indoor pool requires an additional fee (€17 for the whole day) or that you can upgrade to the Club option.

The evening entertainment is quite varied and fun. The guests are mixed, but most are 40+. If you are looking for a party hotel, this is definitely not the place for you. Evenings here are quiet and peaceful, without drunk young crowds.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly especially the cleaning staff. Rooms spacious. Cleaned every day and towels changed every three days. We were in a one bed apartment which was adequately equipt but no kettle. Knew this so took our travel kettle. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Food at breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location a bit remote. 20 mins walk to shops and bars down hill (up coming back!) Ok if you like walking but there are always taxis available if you want one.

We are just coming to the end of a 5 night stay at the Alexandre Gala. The hotel is okay. The rooms are good and comfortable with a fridge and a safe included in our stay. The rooms were clean and when prepared done to a good standard. We had a slight gap between the shower screen and the rest of the enclosure which meant when showering we would soak the bathroom floor.
The pool areas were fantastic, one heated pool and a deeper none heated, sometimes a struggle to get a sun lounger due to some holidaymakers reserving a sun lounger just in case they would like one this isn’t really policed by the hotel. We were here while there were a few children around, you would expect a lifeguard to be vigilant and well positioned to keep an eye on the whole pool area this isn’t the case, you found the lifeguard sitting in a room on the far side with an obstructed view and little awareness of what was going on. The pool bar and snack bar were good and the drinks were a good quality.
The restaurant unfortunately lets the hotel down the food is okay, at breakfast the bacon was very greasy and not very edible and the juices were very watered down making them undrinkable and the coffee from the machine was disgusting. At a dinner time you sit at a table and wait for a red shirted waiter to come and take your drinks order it sometimes took a while for them to come so I would recommend getting them from the lounge bar and bring them in yourself to save a wait. The rest of the waiters were actually quite miserable not keen to assist if you haven’t been seen to by a red shirted waiter. They have several cleaning stations across the restaurant to clear uneaten food etc this can make the dining room very noisy you would expect in a 4 star hotel this to be done in a partitioned area away from the view of diners.
The location of the hotel is fantastic we enjoy a walk into Los Christianos and down to Puerto Colon and we were bang in the middle. You are close to the Veronica’s strip and we had a room on that side of the hotel it was no issue and you forgot it was even there some nights.
We did unfortunately get stuck in a lift one night coming back. Luckily we were still on a floor and managed to wedge the lift door open to get out. We pressed the emergency bell numerous times and when we went to the reception to tell them we were told an apology and the receptionist didn’t hear the emergency due to the volume of the entertainment but when we were there the entertainment had finished In my opinion it’s not really good enough that you can’t hear an emergency button in an emergency so the hotel needs to look at that. The receptionist took our room number down but nothing resulted of this.

We have had a lovely holiday and we would only come back to stay here as room only the resort has plenty good quality restaurants and bars to experience.

Great hotel, after a mix up with our up grade, the hotel went out of there way to more than compensate the issue Frank at reception went over and beyond what was required to ensure everything ran smoothly for our hol definitely will return

Lovely stay, all inclusive food and drink was nice with lots of choice. Hotel areas clean and inviting. Service and entertainment around the pool and in the evening was great too :)

We are currently here on a weeks holiday as a couple. I was dreading coming after reading the reviews about certain rooms and the food as we are all inclusive but how wrong they could have been. We have a sea room. The room is light, clean and the maids have been in daily to clean and replace towels. We have a balcony that looks onto the pool and you can see the sea. We carnt really hear any noise from the strip which is a bonus. Yes you can hear upstairs moving their chairs round occasionally but it’s what you expect with tiled floors! Not an issue. Drinks on all inclusive we find just fine. They do cocktails beer and soft drinks etc and we find the quality just fine and drinkable! ! Now onto the food. I have no idea where these people have got tepid food from, nothing replenished etc. the choice they have on offer is really good. You have your salads, cheeses, fresh pizza, fresh fish and meat cooked while you wait. The amount of times Iv seen the food getting replenished while waiting for something! The food is of good quality and always hot/warm. People need to realise that keeping buffet food hot consistently is hard and they do their best but everything Iv had is lovely. Always choices and there is a kids section aswell. Lots of desserts to choose from aswell. There is a key card system in place here instead of a wrist band take your key with you everywhere in the hotel. When you go for lunch and tea/dinner find a table and shortly a waiter will scan your card and take your order. The longest we’ve waited is literally 5 minutes for our drinks! Breakfast you just sort your own drinks etc. the snack bar we’ve found for food although it’s lovely food and freshly cooked takes a while. Probably about 30mins for a burger. There seems to be just enough sunbeds for everyone and plenty of umbrellas. But now it’s half term you can see it’s getting busier and people have to find odd sun beds and make a two. The pool areas are nice and clean and get tested daily. The third bar isn’t open yet as it’s not quite high season but it isn’t a problem for us. The transfer from the airport was only 25mins with stops. The beach is only a 5 minute walk as is the strip. Costa adeje is a 20 min relaxed walk and Siam mall 4,50 in euros 8min drive if that. The hotel has a range of guests in all ages. I’d come back to this hotel and take the risk and ignore other reviews! We’re very happy to be here and have another 4 days left to enjoy. It’s been 24c this week aswell!

Our most expensive winter holiday afer we upgraded to an Alexander room. The 2 main reasons for using the Gala let us down. The sea view was only just about seen from a corner of the balcony. The spa which we really wanted to use after a hip operation, was closed after 2 days. No notification nor apology. They offered for us to go to another hotel but that meant getting dressed, getting a pass from reception then a 10 minute walk to get an access card from the other hotel then having an uphill walk back. Not very satisfactory. Also the room turned out to be a bit decrepit and aged. The laminate floor was lifting and damaged. But the worst thing was the noise from the local bars each night. It was so loud even after using earplugs and went on into the early hours ( I know its not the hotels fault but still not good) . Food was just ok thought the nightly entertainment was really good.

A very relaxing holiday with some of the best weather I’ve known in many years of coming to Tenerife. The facilities work well for me and I would recommend the hotel. The manager Katrina was very helpful and is a credit to the hotel. Martin is a great guy behind the bar as are his colleagues. I reserve particular praise for Arlett. She stood out with her work rate and customer focus. When she learned that I was dating a lady who lives on the island she was full of ideas for me to visit destinations around the island with my lady. She always served me quickly and her conversation and company was always enjoyable.

Ruime nette kamers met ruim balkon.

Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
