We've just returned from our fourth consecutive year at Hotel Gala and while every year has been excellent, this year's holiday was truly on another level thanks to the addition of Acomar to the entertainment team!
Acomar completely transformed the holiday atmosphere, keeping guests entertained from morning through to the evening. We honestly haven't laughed so much in years - his energy, humour and hilarious antics made every day memorable! 😂
He was also absolutely fantastic with the children. They adored him and it was wonderful to see how much effort he put into making everyone feel included and happy.
Well done, Hotel Gala, for employing such an incredible entertainer. Please don't ever lose him - he's worth his weight in gold! We're certain we're not the only guests who feel this way and we're sure many people will return purely because of this brilliant and talented guy. 😊

Recently returned from a weeks stay on an all inclusive basis. Had a pool view room which was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and young son. Despite reading previous reviews that the hotel was noisy as it is close to Veronica's Strip, we didn't hear any of that from our side of the hotel. You are close but not directly looking over it. You can hear the hotel entertainment from pool side but it finishes at 11pm and didn't hear much after that.

There were two nights out of the 7 that we did hear a bit of noise in the night with teenagers/young adults (we think!) being in the pool in the middle of the night/returning to their rooms - assume they had just returned from the strip! It woke us but not our son (thankfully!) but it didn't last long and we were able to get back to sleep.

Housekeeping daily who refresh towels as needed. We didn't use every day as we didn't need it and popped the sign on the door. Even with the sign they still double checked with us if we'd like anything that day even if not having a full clean, lovely ladies!

Food was your usual all inclusive buffet set up with lots of choice and themed nights. Food was hot and fresh and there's something for everyone. All of restaurant staff were friendly and service was very quick for drinks to your table.

Pool bar has a good selection of drinks and snacks available and when you order food it's made on request so you might have a 10/15 min wait for it. Better than it sitting out for long periods of time!

People put towels out early to get sun beds but we never had difficultly getting beds together even when going down a little later. Pool atmosphere is lively with daily activities and entertainment to join in with. We only went to the entertainment a couple of times but son enjoyed getting involved and the acts we did see were good! Especially the magician!

Close enough to walk to and from Siam Park and close by to the bus stop for Loro Parque if you've planned that. Central location and easy walk in to the centre of town and down to the beach front.

On check out, we were able to arrange a couple of hours extra to have the room slightly longer which was charged at 11 euros per hour. Worth it if you have a flight which is later on in the evening. Do double check with them the day before if possible to have a late check out in case the room isn't available for the next lot of people checking in! Even when checking out early, there's a luggage storage room where you can pop bags/cases so that you don't need to carry them around all day. We placed ours here and went out for the afternoon along the beach before returning for our transfer. Even with all inclusive finishing at 12pm on the day of check out, we received a voucher for lunch so that we could still eat prior to leaving for the airport.

Special mention to Andy on reception who checked us in when we first arrived, sorted us out with our later check out and remembered our names every time we came to reception with any queries. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was a really helpful, happy person!

Overall, a good hotel for families if looking for something central and fun by the pool. There's 3 pools on offer and the salt water pool was great for our son as he was tall enough to stand in all parts which meant he was able to swim without us being in with him too.

We have just got home after a fantastic 10 days away. We came to this hotel 2 years ago and we loved it just as much this time as we did back then.

We had complimentary wine and chocolates in our room for rebooking, rooms were immaculate, food was great plenty of choice- plus a kids section with chicken nuggets, hot dogs etc which was perfect for my fussy 4 year old.

Entertainment was fab, especially acomar who was amazing with kids and doing mini disco, my little boy looked forward to seeing him every night.

We are already looking at booking up again for next year. Thanks again.

Overall amazing hotel with very friendly staff, consistently clean rooms, food was a classic all inclusive where they have something for everyone but did themed food nights however breakfast and snack bar was same ish every day.

If you’re looking for a family friendly holiday to adventure out, location isn’t the greatest due to it being close to Veronica’s.

With the pool bar, staff are hard working but the waits were very long for drinks and food as it was cooked when you asked for it. Additionally, I think both bars should be open all day to reduce the waiting time.

Tutto molto bello. La stanza in particolare molto bella, pulita e confortevole.

El personal muy cercano y amable desde la recepción limpieza, camareros, personal de entretenimiento. Y comida muy rica.
