Pros:

The room was clean, was close of the pool and restaurant.

Cons:

Breakfast after 10 o'clock is stop providing more food like if you are late then 10 for breakfast you won't get a full breakfast only left overs even though breakfast is open till 10.30

La funda del colchón demasiado vieja estaba gastada se arrugaba y marcaba todas las arrugas en las piernas con el calor que daba pues el plástico interior era muy grueso hay que reponerlas sin dejarlas tanto tiempo evejecer hoy en día las hay que protegen el colchón y son mucho mas finas y se adaptan mejor al colchón
También el cubo pequeño de basura estaba con la tapa rota y son cubos que no son tan caros pues por 6 ó 8 euros ya los hay

La vacanza è stata molto soddisfacente.
La struttura dispone di un servizio efficace e professionale con lo staff sempre pronto ed accogliente per ogni evenienza
La pulizia impeccabile rende l'Hotel più affascinante garantendo ottimi servizi.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è congruo con tutto quello che viene offerto, in proporzione anche alla posizione strategica ( sia per la vicinanza al mare che al centro di Las Americas).

I am writing this review following a recent stay at the Alexandre Hotel Gala. While the property has clear strengths in terms of its culinary offerings and common areas, several aspects of the service and maintenance fell short of the 4-star standard I expected.
Dining & Restaurant Management
The gastronomic experience was a game of two halves:
* Dinner: The evening buffet was consistently impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes and high-quality ingredients. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay.
* Breakfast: Unfortunately, the morning service was chaotic. There was a chronic shortage of basic items such as teaspoons, glasses, and bowls for cereal or yogurt. Furthermore, the coffee quality was poor and did not meet international hotel standards.
* Hygiene: I was disappointed to find uncleared tables from the previous night—complete with food remains—still present at breakfast. Additionally, the table mats were sticky and appeared to have not been properly cleaned, and we frequently encountered soiled cutlery and plates.
Room Condition & Housekeeping
The maintenance of our room was the most concerning part of our stay:
* Cleanliness: Our floor was not cleaned once during a 7-day period. Additionally, we were provided with a broken trash can.
* Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unreliable and extremely slow, making it difficult to handle even basic tasks.
* Noise Levels: Guests should be aware that loud music and party noise from the neighboring hotel persist until midnight, which may impact light sleepers.
Facilities & Staff
* Pool & Spa: The lobby and pool areas are kept in pristine condition. However, the common issue of guests reserving sunbeds with towels early in the morning is not actively managed.

Great hotel for family of 5!
Pros:

Family of 5 we arrived having 2 separate rooms we was soon upgraded to an Interconnecting room, the staff are so accommodating and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Plenty activities to keep the kids entertained. The food has different themes every night so you don’t feel like you are eating the same. Location is perfect right by the beach I honestly could not fault this hotel and we will definitely be back for another family holiday!

La piscine chauffée ( environ 25 degrés mais agréable, on sent la différence avec la 2 Ème piscine non chauffée).
Le jacuzzi, Le hall d’entrée et le grand couloir végétal…
La situation géographique au cœur de l’animation, proche de la plage et des commerces, Siam Park accessible à pieds…

Cons:

Le bruit! Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, de la musique très tard puis des bandes de jeunes toute la nuit , difficile de dormir 😟.
