Frühstück schlecht, der Rest Top
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel.
Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war leider sehr unsauber und das Personal nicht sehr aufmerksam.

Gute Lage und gutes Frühstück; für Geschäftsreisen sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Lage ist für die An- und Abreise gut gelegen und für einen Ausflug in die Stadt sehr geeignet. Es empfiehlt sich wie auf der Hotelseite beschrieben einen Parkplatz bei Bedarf zuvor anzumelden.

Cons:

Es scheint, dass zum Teil lediglich Aushilfspersonal beschäftigt wird, welches nicht ausreichend über Hoteldetails informiert ist.

Modern Aparthotel with Nice Views, but Privacy Could Be Improved
Pros:

This is a good, modern aparthotel with a very nice terrace and a beautiful view of some of Frankfurt’s skyscrapers. The room felt very new and well designed, with a contemporary style that made the stay comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and functional, making it a convenient option for longer stays.

Cons:

One unpleasant episode affected the experience: a staff member knocked on the door and, even though he could clearly hear that we were inside, opened it before we had time to answer. He said he needed to check the window shades because they were missing and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, I was in my underwear at the time. This felt unprofessional and not appropriate. Then he left saying he would change the shades in the following days.
I also didn’t like the shower design — it had an open glass wall visible from the outside of the room. If you are traveling with a colleague or even a friend, there is very little privacy, as you can see the other person while they are showering. Lastly, while the kitchen was good, it could benefit from a few additional cooking tools or utensils. Just a microwave would make the difference.

Schlechter bzw. nicht vorhandener Service, niveauloses Frühstück, der Flur sieht wie im Gefängnis aus, Zimmer werden erst nach 3 Tagen geputzt - wo gibt es so was??

Alles funktional. Günstig zur alten Oper gelegen

Cons:

Die Zimmertür lässt sich sehr schwer öffnen weil der Türschließer zu stramm eingestellt ist.
