Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt 😍
Pros:

Das The Flag liegt ca 10 Min fussläufig zur Innenstadt, Alten Oper und Restaurants.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Unser Executive Studio war toll ausgestattet mit allem Komfort für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Das Personal war stets aufmerksam, freundlich und hat zum Wohlfühlen maßgeblich beigetragen.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die angebotene Vielfalt und Frische lies unseren Tag super beginnen 😊

Tolles stilisches Zimmer in bester Lage - jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit großen Eckfenstern, geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit Kaffee und Wasserkocher, tolle Lage, bequemes Bett. Wir haben nur zwei Tage hier wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man auf dem schicken Fernseher kein Amazon Prime empfangen kann.

Freche Behandlung beim Frühstück und überteuerter Parkplatz, Zimmer schön
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gemütliche Beleuchtung. Aufzug kommt sehr schnell. Top Lage. Sauber.

Cons:

Überteuerter Parkplatzpreis von 37€ für eine Nacht :(
Besonders geärgert hat uns, dass wir 25€ p.P. für das Frühstück gezahlt haben und nicht mal fertig essen durften... Frühstückszeit ist von 6:30-10:00 Uhr und um 9:55 Uhr wurden wir aufgefordert den Frühstückssaal zu verlassen, obwohl ich nicht mal aufgegessen hatte. Grund war, dass der Mittagstisch eingedeckt werden musste. Man wird in einem Hotel wohl erwarten können, den letzten Happen wenigstens aufessen zu dürfen. Eine absolute Frechheit, wenn man den Frühstückspreis bedenkt!! Ich habe mein angebissenes Brötchen auf einer Serviette mitgenommen. Abgesehen davon wurden wir auf englischer Sprache "rausgeworfen" - man kann wohl erwarten in Frankfurt auf Deutsch angesprochen zu werden...
Ein schönes Zimmern, aber aufgrund der oben genannten Punkte werde ich auf keinen Fall wieder dort buchen.
