A tenger közelsége. Minden nap cserélték a törölközőt és takarítottak. Ételek változatosak voltak, mindenki talált magának megfelelőt. Választható vacsoránál 4 euroért korlátlan italfogyasztás.

Nice, professional staff, from receptionist to the waiters and cleaning team. Good size apartment, comfortable beds. Varied breakfast and dinner options. Close to the Arena beach.

Cons:

The hotel is dated (especially bathroom needs renovation) - but in all fairness it was clean. It's misleading calling it a 4 star hotel, in some respects is a 3 star, in others a 2 star hotel. The cheap plastic balcony furniture also could use some upgrades.

Za tu hodnotu som viac ani nečakal. Neohúrilo ale ani nesklamalo. Postele boli pohodlné. Izba dosť veľká. Personál na recepcii a upratovačky boli k hosťom milé na rozdiel od časti personálu reštaurácie. Jedlo bolo za mňa taký priemer. Niečo chutilo viac a niečo menej. Rozmanitosť bola tiež postačujúca.

Cons:

Personál reštaurácie mohol byť milší. Jedlo nie vždy vyzeralo najčerstvejšie.

Me cuesta destacar algo positivo

Cuando llegamos a hacer el check-in ,había un supuesto error en mi reserva, no le gustó nada la manera de comunicármelo ni de gestionarlo.
Yo estaba bastante molesta, el recepcionista ni me indicó dónde estaba mi habitación,ni la hora del desayuno. Fue bastante seco y para nada servicial ni amable.
La habitación que nos tocó daba a una plaza,hubo ruido toda la noche desde esa plaza y desde el piso de arriba que no pararon de rodar muebles y hablar.
Una habitación bastante antigua y sin cuidar ningún detalle, cuando nos duchábamos el calentador goteaba, la TV me pedía un registro…no disponían de wifi o al menos no me informaron tampoco de eso…en qué lugar se pide a día de hoy un registro para ver la TV?
Y yapa para rematar, e lo desayuno me pareció escaso y malo.
Mi hija es alérgica a los frutos secos y no indicaban los alérgenos,me dirigí a un empleado y no supo indicarme nada tampoco,por lo que mi hija no pudo a penas desayunar.
Me parece un lugar caro para los servicios tan básicos que presta, podría ser un buen hotel pero no cuidan los detalles,
No volveré ni lo recomendaré,sobretodo porque nos hemos sentido fatal en cuanto al trato.

Que la piscina no fuera climatizada y que no hubiera espectáculo por la noche. Había muy mal olor por algunas zonas de los pasillos y escaleras.
