24H Reception
TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

To check in, it is mandatory to present a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card.


SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

Finde perfecto
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, el gerente ha sido un encanto ayudándonos en todo lo que podía. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos... Todo super limpio y la piscina una gozada... Tiene un montón de hamacas y si quieres tomar algo no tienes que moverte... Recomendable 💯. Volveremos sin dudarlo

If you like to party respectfully you will be welcome..As O tolerance’s on being a larger lout.Staff respect all guests.

The staff friendly.Near local resteraunts and bars.
The pool. However we did have a great time as the guy on reception give us the best veiw room and was really kind.Lovely staff.The shop staff really lovely and its within the complex.Great location.Mixed age group for adults.Im 59 and hubby 62.Young 18/30 groups.Pool party’s .Which I did not take part in.lol.Had my young days.Relaxing break for us as I have a disability.Good to see young ones having fun.

Cons:

Your room is not cleaned regular .5 days stay and no sheets changed in the 5 days.towels changed once.It was not cheap to stay here for us .If you want room cleaned more you pay additional price.Would have liked This done free at least twice.

Pros:

Buena predisposición del personal cuando solicitamos cambiar a una habitación que no estuviera enfrente de la piscina ya que por la tarde se escuchaba bastante a la gente que se encontraba ahí. Jussef entendió la situación y nos ayudo muy amablemente .
Balcón muy amplio con buena vista.
La habitación se encontraba equipada con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar.
Muy cerca de la playa.

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que el publico del hotel ( al menos al principio de junio) era muy joven con animos de fiesta. Si se busca un ambiente mas tranquilo o familiar,, considerar otra opción.

El departamento no es comodo para 4 personas una habitación con 2 camas está perfecto pero un sofá cama en la sala al lado de la cocina es muy incomodo

Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique et toujours disponible. L’appartement est assez grand.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas assez d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et le gros point faible est le manque d’insonorisation, le quartier étant extrêmement bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit.
