TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

To check in, it is mandatory to present a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card.


SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

Propreté, manque d'entretien et manque d'équipements

Le balcon

Cons:

Les draps n’ont pas été changés pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, et les serviettes n’ont été changées qu’une seule fois.
Dans la salle de bain, il manquait des porte-serviettes ainsi qu’une raclette pour évacuer l’eau qui débordait de la douche.
Les couvertures étaient très usées et n'étaient pas propres.

Calidad precio adecuada. Buena ubicación, con vistas a la playa.

Cons:

Pero mejoraría ciertos detalles para que la estancia sea excelente. En nuestro caso, las camas y, especialmente el "sofá cama", no eran nada cómodas. Los cubiertos escasos y la ducha no disponía de nada que impidiese mojar todo el baño.

Nice stay close to everything needs some repairs
Pros:

Close to everything and nice views of the beach. The pool area was very clean. The apartments were very clean and very big. We booked two bedroom apartment got a 3 bed and it was huge. Could potentially sleep 8 but only 1 bathroom. Only came for a long weekend and still gave us fresh towels on 2nd day.

Cons:

Had to get seperate lifts as was in a seperate part so up one floor walk a corridor outside and then another lift. In the rooms could do with a long mirror and some things needed fixing in the room including some tiles and patio door handle but didnt affect our stay as still was clean. Can be noisy but it is an adults only apartment

Poca cosa. Prácticamente nada.

Cons:

Habitación sucia. No te cambiaban toallas ni recogían la habitación. Llegamos a recepción y el recepcionista se fue porque se agobió al llegar mucha gente y decir que era su primer día y le habían dejado solo; volvió al rato. La tele no funcionaba. Nos dijeron que las cosas del baño bajáramos al día siguiente a por ellas que no les quedaban… Todo un show…

Cons:

Sehr langes warten beim Check in, da es nur eine Person an der Rezeption hatte.
Die Luft im Zimmer war abgestanden, die Dusche hatte keinen Duschvorhang. Im Schalfzimmer hatte es in einem Schrank Leitungen welche gestunken haben. Wir haben uns uns am gleichen Abend ein neues Hotel gesucht.
