24H Reception
TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

Cons:

Da migliorare sicuramente la pulizia. La piscina è un po’ piccola per tutta la gente che alloggia e la musica è troppo alta; inoltre aggiungerei dei cocktail al menu del bar della piscina.

Pros:

Le personnel (notamment à l’accueil) était très sympathique et arrangeant.
Appartement agréable, avec accès piscine, propre (outre passage femme de ménage dans l’appartement).
Emplacement très bien.

Cons:

Nous avons eu malheureusement qu’un seul passage des femmes de ménage sur les 11jours où nous étions dans la chambre

Cons:

Tried to kick us out in the middle of the night using fake video evidence. Staff very rude and uncompromising when we tried to explain that it wasn’t us. We think they were trying to scam us as reception seemed suprised to see us back early and sober.
