Till det stora hela var det ett bra hotell och vi hade nog kunnat tänka oss att komma tillbaka hit.
Pros:

Fint poolområde, stor och bra frukostbuffé och närheten till restauranger och havet. Fin utsikt från rummen.
Bra shower på kvällarna vid poolbaren!

Cons:

Städningen i rummet skedde alldeles för tidigt, städerskan kom flera gånger in just efter 08:00 när vi ännu lång kvar i sängen. Trots att det står tydligt att man inte får paxa solstolar så var det flera som gjorde det ändå, flera timmar innan de kom för att sola. Personalen på hotellet var inte så bra på engelska men det gick att kommunicera ändå.
Flera gånger per dag är det barnaktiviteter som det tjatas att alla vuxna också ska vara med på.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Lage zum Strand, aber auch zur Autobahn. Wir haben stets nach nur kurzer Suche einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Das Zimmermädchen hat sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Das Bett war das Highlight des Zimmers, wir konnten sehr gut und lange darin schlafen. Bei der Buchung gehörte das Hotel Caserio zu den günstigeren Angeboten (mind. 4 Sterne inkl. HP) in Playa del Ingles. Die üblichen Zimmerstandards für 4 Sterne wurden erfüllt. Für das Geld ist das Gebotene in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es ist und bleibt ein Haus im 70er Stil, welches vor einiger Zeit aufgefrischt wurde. Das merkt man hier und da, an einigen Stellen bröckelt es auch wieder. Die Bäder sind zwar modernisiert, entsprechen aber eher einfachem Standard. Für ein Hotel etwas ungewöhnlich -> eine Kaution. Auch der Safe hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. ist nur gg. Aufpreis verfügbar. Pool ist optisch ansprechend, jedoch im Frühjahr noch fast zu kühl zum Baden. Auch das kleine Jacuzzi, auf der ansonsten sehr schönen Dachterrasse, haben wir nicht genutzt, da zu kalt !

Les repas sont bons et variés, beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est agréable.

Il manque des endroits pour se poser, jouer aux cartes quand il fait mauvais temps. Au restaurant, trop de courants d'air quand il fait frais.

Todella siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Hyvin äänieristetty huone, eli sai nukkua rauhassa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siivoukselle erityis kiitos, huone ja kaikki tilat erittäin siistejä. Myös aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Cons:

Allasosaston katettujen aurinkovuoteiden patjat oli jo siinä kunnossa, ettei selkä tykännyt. Muut aurinkotuolit ok.
