Fajna strefa przy basenie. Na dachu przyjemna i cicha atmosfera. Śniadania ok, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Fajnie wyposażona siłownia.

Хорошее расположение. Удобно и отдыхать, и поездить по острову. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Питание нормальное. Бассейн подогревался, было комфортно.

Cons:

Ужин делится на две смены. Нам попалась с 20.00 до 21.30. Учитывая разницу часовых поясов получалось 22.00 по нашему времени. Это плохо. Организму тяжело перестроится. В номере не было даже чайных ложек( были палочки). Отсутствовали чай и кофе.

TRATO PÉSIMO Y 0 EMPATÍA

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA. Teníamos una reserva de 18 noches y, tras 10 días de estancia, un fallecimiento familiar muy cercano, nos obligó a regresar de urgencia a Galicia, quedando 7 noches sin disfrutar. Comunicamos la situación al hotel y solicitamos, no el dinero, sino la posibilidad de usar esas noches más adelante.

El hotel se desentendió por completo y, pese a que Booking (con una atención impecable) intentó mediar, se negaron a devolver o reubicar las noches no disfrutadas, quedándose con el importe de un servicio no prestado.

Lo más lamentable fue la falta absoluta de humanidad por parte del encargado, quien mostró una actitud totalmente indiferente ante la situación, a pesar de haber ofrecido el parte de defunción.

Cabe destacar que era nuestro segundo año alojándonos y, con un mínimo de empatía, habríamos seguido siendo clientes. Dejo constancia para que otros viajeros sepan qué trato pueden esperar en circunstancias difíciles y que los propietarios busquen un encargado que sepa estar a la altura del hotel.

Ohjelmasta hotellissa ja niiden vetäjistä. Henkilökunta oli allasbaarissa ihan mahtava. Aamiainen hyvä.

Cons:

Huoneessa olisi saanut olla laatikostoja tavaroille. Kylpyhuoneessa bidee olisi hyvä, koukut/hyllyt alempana. Päivällisellä paistoivat lihat ylikypsiksi purkaksi.

Pros:

Lokalizacja w mieście ale blisko plaży , promenady spacerowej i atrakcji piękny basen i super leżaki

Cons:

Bardzo słabe kolacje , zwłaszcza potrawy mięsne , bez smaku, bez przypraw, zła organizacja kuchni , obsluga kuchni często nikogo nie ma przy bufecie , jedzą posiłek w czasie kiedy goście hotelowi czekają na wydanie dań , sprzątanie pokojów słabe - tylko "perfumowanie podłogi mopem"
Lepsza opcja tylko ze śniadaniem !

There are tiny flaws, but overall we spent a wonderful time in this amazing hotel. I can only recommend it.
Pros:

The rooftop terrace provided beautiful lookout point to the surrounding landscape. The gym was perfectly equipped. The staff is very friendly. Close to the beach. The huge variety of the dinner/breakfast. Had fridge in rooms.

Cons:

The building should be maintained and repair better/faster. Regularly reused the food from breakfast to dinner, which didn’t looked fresh or appetizing. The meats at dinner were raw a multiple time. The chefs should take more care on this. The daily parking in the hotel is bit overpriced.
