Location was good. Breakfast was good, but had to ask for bread to be put out.

So easy to find! Very convenient to I-10. When I’ve been driving all day, the last thing I want to do is get lost looking for my hotel.
We travel with two dogs. Manager Marc was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Oh, let’s see this. Oh look at that fat ass little bitch oh my God Because of our wonderful experience we will be staying at this property on our return trip. Thank you Marc! Recommend!!!

The smell hits you as soon as you enter the room - a combination of mildew, dirty feet, and all of the dogs who stayed in the room before you. The beds are uncomfortable and the comforter threadbare, not the one that’s in the website photo. I think this was that blanket’s distant ancestor. We asked for a blanket for the foldout and were given a mattress pad. Climate control consisted of two options - Death Valley or Siberia. You decide, and don’t expect your blanket/ mattress pad to save you. Giving one star because the kitchenette looked nice, and also because I’m required to give at least one star. No need for an alarm clock because you’ll still be awake. Can’t wait to take a shower somewhere else.

Smells like a sewer in the room. Management does not seem to care. It is not clean. The parking is paid and there's only 1 spot available.

We had to Uber because they didn’t have a driver for the shuttle service. The front desk girl gave us an email to send receipts for reimbursement. No response to email.

The facilities smell like clean since the doors open, the room was impeccable, we were really comfortable during our stay.

Great place to stay for an overnight visit

Very disappointed in this hotel. Things were great until today. Check out time is noon. I have a do not disturb sign on my door. I have not checked out.

8:30 am housekeeping starts banging on my door. I say what she says sorry and walks away. 8:44 someone else bangs on the door and I ignore them this time and they go away. They may have tried to enter but it’s double locked. About 9am again, housekeeping banging with her little key fob on the door. This in time I’m pissed and say what is y’all’s problem this is the 3rd time y’all have knocked on my door. There is a do not disturb sign on the door. She walks away.

I call down to the front desk and am asked am I sure they are knocking on my door. Yes I watched two of them they the peep hole. A short time later I hear giggling in the hall and look out and see a front desk agent walk by my door twice. Maybe checking to see if I actually have a do not disturb sign up.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that they don’t care one bit about guests being able to rest and relax, just about turning rooms. I like the hotel and had an overall decent stay but am leery of returning because I don’t want to deal with that nonsense again.

Great place to stay, very well organized and staff was super friendly. Also had Tesla chargers on site which was perfect for us.
