Familiar with property.
Pros:

Familiar with property because we stay there once a year. Easy to find. Lots of food to choose from with local restaurants.

Cons:

I think the breakfast could be better with more choices and open longer. Not everyone is up that early in the morning. We don't even get back to the hotel until sometimes 1 am and bed until 2-2:30 am because of work. Even if you stayed open until 10 am that would be great. I seldom get up in time to eat. I know you can stay open longer because we frequent Jerseyville, IL and they are open until 10am
Also clean the carpets or pull them up. They were really dirty.

I was very happy with Jack who checked me in
He was very helpful, patient and accommodating when I was not pleased with the bathtub in the original room. I really appreciate his professionalism and warm and beautiful spirit!

Cons:

The original room the bathtub was very stained and chipping.

The stay was amazing and the staff there was amazing as well
