Location was great
Wifi terrible, if you are looking to do business look elsewhere. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was very tired, no drawers in room so had to keep clothes in suitcases, not great for a 6 night stay. There was an iron mark on the thin old carpet.These units are privately owned so maybe the corporate body need to step in and up the standards.

Great view from the balcony, the apartment was spacious and a good layout.
Comfortable, good value and right on the Esplanade in the heart of Cairns. Staff very friendly, free pool towel hire was handy as I had forgotten ours. Room is spacious and clean. Its not glamorous or fancy but a decent size clean and comfy room in a good location.
No onsite restaurant for room service - there are lots of dining options nearby however I do like the option of room service.
