Location, quiet, comfortable bed. Large comfortable unit.

Cons:

Not really well equipped for someone wanting to cook for themselves. Eg - no small sharp knife, no scissors, no containers to reheat food in microwave. Food under cushions on chairs. A 10 day stay really needs room service more than once, or items to clean our own toilet & bathroom.

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. I’m wondering if hotels are selling their old rooms on booking.com.

The location. Close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

The room was dismal. Don’t stay in 705B. It was like the furniture was arbitrarily taken out of a storeroom and plonked in the bedroom. All the cabinets and tables were damaged and bathroom was mouldy. Toilet was falling apart. no drawers/shelves to put your clothes just hanging’s space. The room wasn’t serviced and we had no way of cleaning the cups and glasses and had to constantly ask someone to bring fresh cups and glasses and the used ones weren’t removed. I’ve stayed in hotels where they don’t change the towels but they certainly come in and empty the bin and make the bed and replace used cups and glasses. We were really disappointed and will never stay here again. we disliked the room so much we made sure we didn’t need to be there unless we had to sleep

スタッフの方々も大変感じ良く親切でした。

Cons:

今回は、最後の一泊だったので、アパートタイプではなく、ホテルタイプをお願いしました。
息子のホテルタイプの部屋と比べると、スペースが狭く、電子レンジもありませんでした。
部屋のタイプは、多少違いが有るのはやむおえませんが、何度も申し上げてますが、テレビ・Wi-Fiが使えません。
折角のホテルが、もったいないと思います。

今回のホテルタイプのお部屋は、スペースもゆったりしていて電子レンジたも有り、とても良かったです。
スタッフの方々も、いつもながら感じが良く、とても親切でした。

Cons:

私は、アパートタイプの部屋を利用する事が殆どなのですが、ホテルタイプの部屋でルームクリーニングが週一と言うのは、少しサービスが悪いのでは？と感じます。

それとこれはどのタイプの部屋でもそうなのですが、設置されてるテレビが余りにも旧型です。
今時、YouTube・Netflix等等が見れないテレビは、タイのホテルでも見た事が有りません。
合わせて、Wi-Fiが弱すぎます。
もし、ホテル全体のWi-Fiがこんなに弱かったら、
フロント業務にも支障をきたすのでは？と思ってしまいます。

前回の滞在（3月後半〜4月初め）の時から、テレビ・Wi-Fiに関しては、余り改善されてなかったので、残念でした。
Pros:

ロケーションは、最高です。とても便利です。
スタッフの方々も、大変親切でフレンドリーでした。
今回は約2週間滞在しましたが、細かなトラブルやの対応もスムーズにしてくださいました。特にAkariさん、大変お世話になり有難うございました。

Cons:

何ヶ所かの部屋に滞在しましたが、YouTube
・Netflix等に対応出来ない旧型のテレビが有り、大変不便でした。
今時、あの様なテレビが部屋に有るというのは、如何なものかと思います。
又、これは前回も申しましたが、Wi-Fi接続がどうしようもなく悪いです。
折角のトリロジーが台無しです。
