Overpriced and massively outdated.
Pros:

The lobby was nice, which was the new part of the hotel.

Cons:

The majority of rooms are located in the original buildings from the 1980's. They are slum rooms smelling like moisture, cigarette smoke and something fragrant trying to cover up the dank smell. Outdated fabrics, everything felt old...for $200 a night! Located in a busy business park. Shady happenings in the parking lot. Outer door locks broken and only a few cameras across the property. Anyone can wander into the hallways. You have to squeeze between the toilet and wall to close the dirty bathroom door. Sticky floors. Makeup foundation on my pillow (I dont wear makeup). Curtains super dirty and worn. No soundproofing between floors. Could hear the person above roll over in bed, get out of bed, walk around all night long. It was awful. The lobby makes it look legit. This was as bad as a rundown airport hotel room in the slums.

The length of breakfast availability. The location.

Cons:

The side doors to the building were not kept locked. The toilet needed maintenance and hot water was not available during one afternoon of our stay..

Great location and Breakfast.
Pros:

Staff was great. Very accomodating, as we had a small dog. Great breakfast.

Cons:

When taking the dog oit at 5am, the key didn't work. Front desk says that we checked out at 3:30 and reset our keys. Weird. It wasn't a problem, just weird and inconvenient.

Great location and value. Definitely recommend to anyone and looking forward to staying there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Especially liked the coffee machine that could make various espresso coffees.

Cons:

No complaints. Helpful staff, very friendly.

Good value and convenient but with room for improvement
Pros:

Location was excellant, close to the harbor, the train station and walking distance to the town center, with restaurants and shops.
Staff were friendly
Breakfasts were substantial and good although a bit monotonous.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner.
My mattress was replaced mid stay and the room remained upside down for an hour or so, with linens thrown on my suitcases
I found out from other guests that they were offered discount coupons to nearby restaurants, I wasnt offered any...would have been appreciated.
staff were friendly but had no knowledge of local amenities/ public transporation/ nearby attractions.

Pros:

We had a living room area separate from the bedroom. Very roomy and several areas to store our belongings. Great breakfast and a coffee machine that made several types of coffee. Bed was comfortable. Great location, could walk to everything.

Cons:

Our windows faced a parking lot.

I loved the shower wand in the ada room, pillows and the breakfast.

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of the sauage, but my husband thought they were good. And the price. We will have more doctor appointments coming up, but $170 is a little steep for us for extended visits. It was a nice treat!
