Nothing special, unless you only care about location.
Pros:

Went for a concert at the Casey’s arena about a half a mile away. Great location, outside of that it’s nothing special. I stayed in a nicer $300+ suite, and it was nothing special. Had to call the lobby for extra pillows and blankets due to the room not supplied already. Half bathroom, so there was only a shower. The AC sucked, and struggled to get to even 70 degrees. The bar next to the main lobby was decent, but even with 3-4 bartenders it took awhile to get served and receive drinks. Location is the only benefit to staying here.

Small rooms, smelly lobby, too expensive all around
Pros:

Very expensive for smelly front entry, small rooms and terribly small bathrooms!! Bathroom door hits the main door if either open. No sink space at all! Also slow elevators, ice machines broken and $18 drinks at the bar, & $10/day to park in garage since very little parking on street. Only positive was the housekeeping staff!!! Just overall very disappointing stay for the price!! Will not stay here again

Renaissance = Highly Recommended!
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a nice restaurant and bar, located downtown and in walking distance to a lot of fun bars and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond in making me feel at home. Kristy was especially kind, bringing me some crackers and tea when I mentioned having a stomachache. I would highly recommend this hotel!
