Muito bom custo benefício, com muito conforto e próximo ao aeroporto de Fort Lauderdale.
Pros:

Da localização e do conforto, foi o que mais gostei.

Cons:

Achei que o transporte ( shuttle ) poderia ter um intervalo de horários menores, mais ofertas deles, mas nada que torne a hospedagem ruim.

Outstanding customer service
Pros:

Staff was outstanding. Very accommodating and Mac at the front desk was great. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable after a long delay at the airport.

Rest and recovery
Pros:

JetBlue cancelled our flight after 3 to 4 hours of delay. We were exhausted and this hotel got us right in at 1am. Talked to Mac in the morning and he took good care of us until we were able to get on a new flight the next day. Shuttle back to airport. Great pool, clean place, kids were able to get some good sleep and recover. Greatly appreciate the good experience

Made our day better
Pros:

We love staying at this hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff and a good location. Mac was awesome. He made us feel like we were at a family members house rather than a hotel. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us a lot. Will definitely be back.

Great place to visit for the nearby beach
Pros:

The staff is very nice. Mac at the front desk was helpful and made my stay even better. The beaches are clean and family friendly with lots of places to relax, drink and eat.

We do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Arrival July 12/26 mid-day -male front desk staff exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful The female staff on check out July 13/26 was very good. Two elevators - one does not work at all, the other one was unreliable. On check-out we were in the process of hauling our luggage down 4 flights of stairs when eventually it opened. This was not ideal as one of our family is special needs with wheel chair. The rooms were clean; we were able to bring pizza in for our group of 12 and eat in the breakfast area - this was helpful. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel worked out well.

Great last minute stay
Pros:

The stay was great. Clean rooms. Great bathrooms. Good options on the television. The front desk person when I got in at 1:30 a.m. due to a missed flight, allowed me a late checkout. Mac, at the front desk the next morning, was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was great and there is also a free shuttle to the airport.

Great Stay!
Pros:

My stay was exceptional! Mac was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The housekeeping team was amazing. They kept everything spotless and went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
