Only there for one night. Not worth $400
Pros:

Place is a little worn down and can use some renovation.

Cons:

More staff at front desk. Employee was pleasant, but they should have help during the peak times. She is an asset to the hotel.

Pros:

I had a great time during my stay. The hotel and the pool were very clean and well-kept.
​I also want to give a special thanks to Mac he was very friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed.
​The shuttle service was also a huge plus and made getting around so much easier. I’d definitely stay here again!

Relaxing
Pros:

We stayed there after our flights were canceled due to the 2026 Blizzard. We had just finished a Disney cruise so we couldn’t fly out ahead of the storm.
The staff was amazing and accommodating- even when the rates went up they showed empathy and gave a discount. They didn’t give me hard time about extending our stay even though they were booked. It was honestly nice to be treated like a human being in a situation that was out of anyone’s control instead being taken advantage of due to the circumstances they showed compassion. The pool area was nice and relaxing and well kept. They provide transportation to and from the airport (also for a fee a separate company will transport you to the cruise port) I would stay again! Thank you all of the staff (every shift).

Average mid-range hotel - good for night before cruise
Pros:

This hotel was good for what we needed - a place to stay the night before our cruise from Ft. Lauderdale. The shuttle from the airport was convenient, and the shuttle service that the hotel partners with for transportation to the cruise port was great.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but crowded - could use more seating. The location is on a very busy road, so we didn't feel safe walking too far for dinner with our young son.

It was OK, but I might shop around longer next time
Cons:

I may have mistakenly thought that the shuttle to the port was included as a convenience. But there was a $20 charge and I had to schedule the shuttle myself to continue onto the port the next day then when I got the bill, it was for $43 so I guess I was charged for the pick up, at the airport, on the first day as well.
There was no restaurant or bar or coffee shop on the premises, however, the breakfast was included, and it was very nice.

El desayuno bastante variado, frente a una plaza que tiene restaurantes y tiendas. La habitación amplia y limpia con camas cómodas.

Cons:

Hubo confusión a la hora de la reserva ya que había seleccionado el otro hotel Holiday Inn que estaba más cercano al puerto pero al final este fue el que quedó reservado.
La llamada para solicitar servicio de traslado al hotel fue muy tedioso, hubo que hacer varias llamadas y se perdió mucho tiempo en el aeropuerto.

Nice but not clean. Too expensive not to be clean.

Cons:

The laminated floors were so dirty I couldn't wear socks, they got brown on the bottom if I did. Had to wear shoes/ slippers in the room.
