Booked last minute when the flight was cancelled, they picked us up and returned us to the airport at 5A.M. the next day.

Cons:

Location would have been great if we had a car. Little too far to walk for meals with a four year old.

Kudos to Mac!
Pros:

Excellent stay before our cruise! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what really made our experience outstanding was Mac at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to room availability, he was able to check us in early, which made a huge difference after traveling and allowed us to relax before our cruise.

Exceptional customer service like Mac’s is hard to find and truly deserves recognition. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when traveling for a cruise.

Mac at he front desk is a Gem!
Pros:

Great spot if you want to be in the middle of everything Fort Lauderdale. I’m usually here on business and this time at the front desk, Mac was Great!!!! He’ll make sure everything is perfect with your stay and even maps out by hand places to go and visit if you have the time !!!! Mac goes above & beyond to make sure all is great w your stay!
