Omgosh 10's across the board!
Mac who we nicknamed "BIG MAC" was absolutely AMAZING! Restaurants and shopping literally walking distance (across the street). Rooms are CLEAN and spacious. The heated pool was so nice on that hot day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Huge shoutout to the front desk crew! Super nice, attentive and courteous. That is the customer service I strive for.

Mac at the front desk went out of his way to help with his excellent customer service. He provided us water, keep our bags stored until room was available ( we arrived early from cruise , and gave us information on what to do while we waited. He promptly called to tell us when the room was ready.

Stay was great, super comfortable bed room really clean, staff was super especially Mac he’s the one that gets things done!
The only objection is they close breakfast at 9:30 am

I checked in late & was greeted by Alina front desk..very friendly & provided much information! Very pleasant & professional. This was the best choice. The hotel was very clean, from the lobby to my room. The breakfast had great choices & there was turkey bacon! The morning front desk person, Mac very pleasant, helpful & very professional. The free ride to the airport EXCELLENT option to offer. 10 min from airport! I will be back because of ALL the accommodations & staff!

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting Mac from Guest Services at the front desk. Mac was extremely polite and professional and made our check out and shuttle service experience just perfect. We would definitely stay again in the future and I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable experience.

Work has me on the road 3/4 weeks per month, and I always stay IHG. This was the cleanest holiday inn I have stayed in. Mac at the front desk was exceptional. He upgraded me to a suite, gave me dinner recommendations, was extremely friendly and helpful, and even set aside laundry detergent and softener for me for when I got back from dinner. He even cut my airline tags from my bag for me. Way above and beyond. Great service, great stay, and very convenient to FLL.

The staff were extremely helpful in finding us another hotel when our booking had not been processed by Booking.com

Mac at the front desk was so helpful during our stay. We were leaving to go on a cruise and he told us about the parking and shuttle options available. We decided to leave our vehicle at the hotel while we were on the cruise. It was $10/day vs $20-$25 day at the port. We also paid $80 for the transportation shuttle to and from the port. We felt like it was a good deal to not have to navigate it on our own. The shuttle bus employees were very nice. We really appreciated Mac explaining everything to us so nicely! Great job Mac!

I recently enjoyed my “trip of a lifetime” by flying to Fort Lauderdale for a concert. The decision to go was completely spontaneous. I’m not a seasoned traveler so making these arrangements was not easy. One of my many wise choices was to book here. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was awesome. The staff were very friendly helpful and professional. Vesna the manager couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Perry at the front desk pm too was very helpful. My hats off to Mac, who planned my afternoon so that I got to see the sights and even took a tour on Carrie B. I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sights without Mac being my tour guide! I feel very fortunate to have had such a fantastic trip. These folks were an amazing part of my story, keep up your fantastic jobs!

The property was clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was just as good as other Holiday inn expresses . I was very impressed with the start member Mac. He was extremely nice, professional, personable and informative..
