Pros:

Kind and prompt response by the staff. Had to cancel a non-refundable hotel room reservation due to flight cancelation. Called up the hotel directly and the staff immediately responded and refund was issued by booking.com.

Quick comfortable stay
Pros:

Check in was quick, close to the airport, complimentary breakfast and free shuttle. Comfortable stopover.

Cons:

Shuttle closes off at a certain time, flight was late so had to take a cab, but grateful we could utilize to go back to the airport.

Upon check in Mac was very nice, friendly, and helpful.
Pros:

Close and convenient to a lot of places and the not to far from the beach

Cons:

The shower didn’t get hot and to the get the air to go off I had to unplug the unit because the thermostat when you switch to off it still didn’t turn off

Mac was absolutely amazing! The hotel and rooms was so great so much room and breakfast offers more than the typical muffins and bagels so wonderful. Highly recommend

TRUE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pros:

Mac was very pleasant and very helpful. He let me do a early check in. He was very friendly and kind. He gave me a map to show me of places around and things to do. He also has a rental place he knows of that will come get you and drop you off. Mac is the true definition of awesome customer service. Also the breakfast was so good. And they have a heated pool.

Great hotel experience
Pros:

The staff were phenomenal my whole stay. From me getting in late and honoring the price I saw online, to helping get quarters for the laundry, allowing a later checkout, and stowing my things + offering an airport shuttle. Really great all around.

Specifically want to call out from the front desk Mac, Perry, and Vensa as each of them were exceptional for the various items above.
