Clean friendly lay out plan of the room breakfast and the staff was the best. Specially Mac.

Front desk attendant on the morning shift Alina was professional and kind. The lady on the 2nd shift was same. They do their best to help make it a good visit to the hotel. The breakfast was awesome and my room was very clean. Bed slept wonderful.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff! Mac, at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. This is a very busy hotel due to all the cruisers coming and going. Mac was always very courteous and patient with everyone! The rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Good location for restaurants in the nearby area.

Mac and Alina were amazing! They made our stay so pleasant! With the kindness of her own heart Alina upgraded us to a suite and was so kind to us! Mac, was so nice to us during our checkout! Mac was so kind and offered us water bottles to go and helped us catch our shuttle, he also asked us about our experience and was genuinely happy to hear we had a great time! Although we only stayed for 1 night it was fantastic! If I’m ever in the Fort Lauderdale area I will definitely be back!! The customer service by both Mac and Alina was top notch!

Great Experience from the minute we walked in. "Mac" at the front desk was very friendly, and accommodating. Rooms are clean, freshly renovated. My wife and I travel a lot, and we highly recommend this property!

From the moment I walked in, everything about this stay felt effortless. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and had that perfect balance of calm and polished energy that makes you instantly relax. The rooms were well-kept, quiet, and clearly cared for.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was Alina at the front desk. She was genuinely incredible. Warm, attentive, and the kind of person who seems to anticipate what you need before you even ask. Whether it was recommendations, quick help, or just making check-in feel smooth and welcoming, she set the tone for the entire stay.

It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal, but Alina nailed it. Because of her, this wasn’t just a good stay, it was a memorable one.

Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

No hot water. Bed frames are extremely loud. You can hear them throughout. Love holiday inn express but this experience sucked. Mac at the front desk was awesome though. He did what he could to accommodate us.

Thank you so very much for the very warm welcome. I'm absolutely impressed and amazed by Vesna's best guest service I have ever experienced and how she managed everything in person and on the phone even simultaneously especially without losing her smile and professionalism.
Vesna is so patient + nice + friendly + absolutely professional + really all the time and to every single guest, also and even in very busy rush hours with e.g. 20 new guests in line for check-in and numerous requests.
She paid attention to every single detail and solved every question + issue instantly and was always incredibly attentive and very polite.
I can't wait to return and look forward to seeing her there again.

Location close to Port and even closer to airport without hearing the planes all night.
The breakfast had warm food including fresh cinnamon rolls.
