Great value just a little noisy.
Pros:

We have been there before it is a good place to stay. We just had a had tile getting comfortable due to all the in and out late night of the other guests. Which is out of the control of the facility. And being the first room and by the elevator didn’t make it easier.

Cons:

The late night in and out by other guess just was noisy and didn’t make it easy to relax. We couldn’t sleep. Ended up leaving around 1am and heading home. It was our monthly outing away from the kids so it was ok.

Bad experience
Pros:

My suite is spacious and had a comfortable house and extra linens.

Cons:

1- the girl at the front desk did not know how to get the computer or printer to work. She tried and was very nice about it but if youre going to offer a service, you need to train your employees on how to do it. 2 - the curtains in the room only cover not even half of the windows and there was a spotlight outside my room. I need darkness to sleep so I barely slept because my room was like daylight. 3 - the coffee maker in the room would not work. Nothing worse than having to stumble downstairs half asleep to get a cup of coffee. 4- the breakfast was NOT diabetic friendly. Sugary sweets, high carb bagels, pancakes, cereal, etc. Since 60% of americans have diabetics, maybe you should offer wome things they can eat. The eggs and sausages that I could eat were crispy from being in the warmer too long. 5 - I was overcharged for my room. I booked theough booking.com with a rate of $129 and I looked at my account today and i was charged $179!

It was a great place to stay for a great weekend trip
Pros:

We liked the location for the purposes of our trip. The room was very nice and clean

Cons:

The bed was not as comfortable as we would have expected but it was not an issue during our stay. We still enjoyed our time and thought it was a good spot.

Absolutely amazing would stay again
Pros:

The staff lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!!! She needs a raise! You could tell she really cared about her job and the people she welcomed in, I didn't get her name, I was just exhausted and literally was running away from home for a night of uninterrupted sleep....but she had amazing tattoos

The stay was too short! Lol

Location was great for our needs; room for this stay was newer/updated; breakfast buffet is good
Pros:

Staff/housekeeping were friendly, professional, responsive to our needs. Breakfast buffet was very good; consider opening at 6:30 on weekends, please. Room was updated, clean, well equipped.

Cons:

Fitness center was dirty, in disarray (equipment left out, trash on floor; same as with our previous stay, it was hot/couldn't find TV remote/lights kept goint out [bad motion sensor?]; needs more equipment.

Pros:

Staff very friendly.
Breakfast was good. Breakfast area very clean.
Parking lot great.
Great air conditioning.

Cons:

Had 3 rooms.
Terrible terrible lousy tv. Limited tv access. Only one or two channels. Nothing but pixelation. Our family rooms were just as bad.
Fourth floor ice maker out of order. We are in our 80s and going to other floors for ice not convient.

Enjoyable stay with a comfortable room and friendly staff.
Pros:

I was upgraded to a lovely suite with a beautiful view of the back garden. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. Thank you for the excellent service!

Cons:

The hot water pressure at the bathroom sink was weak, though I didn't request a repair as it didn't significantly affect my stay.
