It was just ok. Smells like there is mold or mildew. Very damp smelling.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Smelled very musty. Very worn looking halls and elevators. Elevators smelled musty also.

Pros:

The front desk was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The property wasn’t in a great location. The room smelled of stale cigarette smell. The tv was difficult to use, i couldn’t stream. Overall, way too expensive for not a great room.

Good value for the money in the south hills.
Pros:

The staff is so great there. Rarely is there a property or hotel where the people make things really special. They really go the extra distance to make sure that we were comfortable.

Cons:

It is a little far from my parent's house--but still one of the closest options for our visit.
