La ubicacion de facil acceso al periferico principal para una mejor movilidad en la ciudad, y el desayuno a pesar de ser basico esta muy completo y de buen sabor.

La atención del personal la verdad excelente; desde la recpeción el check in fué rápido y la atención del restaurante también fué súper. En especial una señora que le pedí un utensilio (cucharilla) mientras ella estaba recargando las bandejas de comida y muy amablemnte me busco lo que necesitaba y me lo entregó envuelto en servilletas.

La verdad siento que las instalciones están descuidadas. La habitación olía mal y el baño no lo limpiaron por dos días. Sin embargo al hacer el reclamo en la recepción de la situación del baño. Al llegar habían limpiado el baño mucho mejor. Pero siento que deben dar más mantenimiento a las instalaciones y áreas comunes como los pasillos hacia las habitaciones.

Saludos y espero que estas sugerencias sean tomadas en cuenta.
