Nada nunca me dieron habitación, llegaban otras personas y a ellas las atendían y a nosotros solo que segun esperáramos y así estuvimos mas de 3 horas mejor nos salimos buscar ..

El personal nunca atendió y se cobraron la noche sin autorización cuando aybdecia que se pagaba en el hotel y no se pornque hicieron cargo a mi tarjeta
