Best Western Paramus Hotel & Suites

Good location. Rooms remodeled nicely. A lot of outlets/USB outlets in room. Clean rooms and bathroom are VERY important to my wife and I.
TV remote had a bag on it to keep it clean. LOVE that!!! I stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. Cleanliness is extremely important to me.
Some review say this parking lot was a problem for them. Needed repaving. Really, that's what they are concerned with. I read reviews cautiously. People are just to picky. Can satisfy everybody. Cleanliness, Safety, Price and maybe convenient location my concerns.

Spent almost a month there due to my fathers illness and eventually his passing, the staff were all so kind and caring

Clean, friendly staff, very convenient location, reasonably price. I've been staying here for years for all these reasons.

Staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was updated and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but updated and very clean. The free breakfast was excellent. A good value for the money.
Cons: the front entrance from the parking lot does not make a good impression. I thought it was closed and drove around the building looking for the entrance. There is no elevator and the luggage carts were difficult to handle.
Overall, a nice place and I would stay again.

The bed was so great, I slept right through breakfast! I got in late and was exhausted and was happy to find a clean, cozy room and easy check in. Thank you 😊

Great hotel. Clean and friendly. The manager Edwin could not have been more helpful. He even upgraded me when he learned I was here for a funeral. So very much appreciated.

I was attending a wedding and I arrived a bit early before check-in. I asked if I could use a ladies room to change clothes and I would check in later at normal check-in time. The desk receptionist said she would check if my room was ready and I could check in a little early. It was almost ready, and in a short time, I was able to check in and get ready for the wedding. This saved me some running around before/between the wedding and reception. Best Western employees were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options were very good, and the room was clean and neat.

Excellent! The housekeeping staff was absolutely awesome. Responding to our needs promptly and with professionalism with towels when we needed a couple more.
Polite and courteous

Clean, room had all the basics in good working order. Nice staff, very easy check-in. Small place, so it's a quick walk to any room. Pleasant breakfast. Red Lobster attached.

We were arriving late, but we got an email to check in ahead of time with our auto info and credit card. When we arrived, we still had to wait in line because the staff said only the manager had access to that information and they were not there, so it was useless. There was no elevator and our son has mobility issues. We were put in a room on the second floor?! The rooms have been redone, but the inexpensive laminate had buckled and was coming up in the center of the room. the furniture they put in was nice and the beds and bedding were nice and comfortable. The ac/heat units worked well but were very noisy. It was a convenient location, but from the front looks very dumpy and had a lot of street noise. The breakfast was very nice.

Just a quick overnight for a wedding, but check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly hotel was very quiet during our stay. Exactly what we needed for a quick stay.

Rooms very nice

This is a nicely updated budget hotel. It's a bit tricky to access off the interstate. It's very quiet and the room was comfy. We couldn't figure out why they only have throw pillows on the bed, 5 in all. I wish we had brought our own but other than that the bed was comfy and the linens were nice. Their staff was very helpful mailing an item I left in the room in a timely manor.
