Pros:

Very accessible to all establishments especially Ali Mall and SM. Very close to Araneta Coliseum if you’re attending an event or concert. The front desk staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel should improve their interior. Furnitures are quite old.

Pros:

Stayed for 1 week. The location in Cubao is good, it's across the road from Ali-Mall. The internet speed was fast, perfect for video calls. Friendly employees and rooftop pool. There is a TV with Netflix in the room. The air conditioner works fine and there is hot water in the shower

The mattress was a little hard, maybe a thicker mattress cover could fix this

Took to long to check in, they could not find my reservation, even when i showed them my Confirmation Number and the proof of payment for a 1 night stay with 3 rooms, although the front dest staff was very nice and polite, rooms needs to be upgraded, terrible bath tubs and toilet to close to the wall, no towels in the rooms, had to call for towels, air conditions in bad shape, needs better cleaning, towels were old, beds seem dirty, staff was great though

I would not recommend the apartment for longer stays

Nothing was good at the apartment I didn't like anything

Cons:

The AC THE UNIT HAVE DEAD cockroaches INSIDE AC. The are not providing a proper blanket u have to manage with a bed sheet . Cleanliness of apartment
