Wunderschöne Hotel- und Gartenanlage mit schönem und bequemen Mobilar.
Großer Speisesaal der schön eingerichtet ist.
Tolle Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, ins Grüne und auf den Teide. Wir haben es als angenehm und ruhig empfunden. Die Betten waren groß und bequem.
Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war sehr nett!!!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer war mangelhaft.
Die Duschscheibe war nicht klar und es war alter Schmutz darauf, der leider lange nicht gründlich entfernt wurde. Die Badewanne war nicht sauber, sodass wir sie nicht benutzen wollten. Das schlimmste war für uns aber leider die Toilette. Optisch sauber, aber der separate Toilettenraum hat einen alten und übelrichenden, starken Uringeruch.
Die Türrahmen- und Kanten (unten) sind von Feuchtigkeit aufgeweicht und marode.
Ansonsten war das restliche Hotelzimmer und die Bettwäsche sehr sauber!

Une bonne adresse.
Pros:

Très grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. La chambre était claire et calme avec un personnel efficace et agréable.
Les petits déjeuners sont variés et les dîners étaient excellents pour des buffets.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de navette pour aller en centre ville ou le stationnement est pratiquement impossible.

Great hotel if after relaxation
Pros:

Very quiet resort and rather full of the older generation.

Entertainment try, but are catered for the more aging community. The harp man was really epic.

Lots of the couples started dancing inn the evening - which was lovely.

The staff cant do enough for you and big shout out to Jessica and Neidy (from Cuba) who were often on the Pool bar. The animation lady (didnt get name) who got me addicted to some shuffle board game near the pool.

Also the lovely Beatrice with the radiant red hair on the main bar who did a mean cocktail. Id love to be brave and dye my hair like that!!

If you want to go on holiday, relax, not fight for a sunlounger, this is the place to go.

I didnt use the free shuttle bus, as tried to walk off some of the beer and food calories.

The room was lovely. Bathroom sizable
Bed comfy, although two signles pushed together.

Overall a lovely hotel and great staff.

Whilst here go to the Loros Parque. There is a choo choo train vehicle that tskes you there for free. Its down the hill near the McDonalds. Take drinks and comfy shoes. The shows are amazing.
