Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay
Pros:

Wonderful staff in particular the multi talented very energetic Erica. Beautiful gardens and views. Lucky enough to have had a free upgrade to a suite on arrival. Good selection of food and loved the themed evening meals. Free shuttle service during daytime hours to the front which we used to familiarise ourselves with the surroudings

Cons:

I would still rate the hotel as exceeding our expectations but just some feedback around the entertainment.
We felt given the different range of age groups the evening entertainment could have been a bit more varied from just an organist, saxophonist etc
Also as an agency please provide more information when booking tours as unfortunately in my particular case we weren't directed to the tour organisers website for the Teide cable car and the staff there felt my particular walking shoes were not practical and they cancelled my prepaid ticket which I did not get a refund for sadly.

Pros:

El buen trato de todo el personal en el hotel. La habitación era cómoda y bien equipada. Repetiremos!

Cons:

En general nada destacable en el hotel. El sonido de los loros de fondo en el puerto de la cruz es exótico pero como canarios lo sentimos un tanto extraño. El catering y el menú de la piscina podría mejorar.

La piscina, el jardín y que sea solo para adultos.

Cons:

No tener agua de cortesía y el baño estaba un poco descuidado... El desayuno regular, no hay zumo de naranja natural, la piña era en almíbar... Faltaba producto fresco y de calidad. La verdad es que había estado hace años y estos puntos los recordaba mejor, supongo que habrán hecho recortes...

Het zwembad en personeel was top en de grootte en uitzicht vanop balkon van de kamer ook.
Het ontbijt was ook nog wel goed

Cons:

Heel gedateerde kamers en gangen en sanitair en dergelijke
Het ontbijt was lekker maar meer variëteit zou leuk zijn bv mayonaise en noem maar op
Een oude tv set het 2026 een smart tv is het minste met alle als op zou al veel doen en modernisering kamer

Big comfortable rooms wants extra pay for some
Pros:

Well maintained hotel, beautiful garden. Clean, big room with a balcony.

Cons:

The parking needs extra 8 Euro pay per night which we didn't know. For a cattle in the room need an extra pay. Vegan options in the breakfast bufe is nice but the extra vegan from a menu wasn't so good.
