Rozumná volba, pokud nechcete trávit všech čas na hotelu
Pros:

Hotel je v klidné lokalitě s výhledem jak na moře, tak na hory (dle pokoje co si vyberete/dostanete). Hotel je jen pro dospělé, takže si užijete klidu bez vřeštících dětí u bazénu nebo v restauraci, parkování je možné přímo u hotelu za 5€ na noc a místo je vaše a na klíček (se zálohou). Vybavení pokoje je odpovídající, klimatizace by mohla být výkonnější, ale chápu že takto lépe plní svojí EKO certifikaci, nicméně by velmi pomohla se schnutím ručníků a oblečení, protože na ostrově je opravdu velmi vlhko.

Cons:

Snídaně (hlavně teplý bar) pokulhávají za standardy z centrální Evropy, nabídka je dobrá, ale chuťově/kvalitou to zklamalo. Pokud si počkáte, udělají vám některé věci přímo na počkání a to je pak lepší, ale standardní nabídce párků nebo míchaným vajíčkům bych se vyhnul (z nějakého důvodu u nich píšou obsah obilovin a jejich chuť působí poněkud "plastově"). Wifi na hotelu sice je, ale je velmi nespolehlivá a pomalá, nám to nevadilo, přijeli jsme hlavně cestovat po ostrově.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

La atención del personal del restaurante es sencillamente inmejorable. Profesionales y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. La comida está riquísima, tanto en el desayuno, como en la comida y la cena. La piscina, tranquila, limpia, con todo a tu disposición, excelente.

Muy buen hotel, buenas instalaciones, pero el aire acondicionado MUY deficiente.
Pros:

Hotel MUY tranquilo, mucho relax y personal muy atento.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado es muy flojo y totalmente insuficiente para el calor que está haciendo. Es lo único negativo de la estancia. Me dijeron que lo controlan de forma centralizada, pero no todo el mundo tiene el mismo calor. Hubo una noche sobre todo que lo pasamos mal. Eso hay que corregirlo si o si, es muy decepcionante.

Magnífico y tranquilo fin de semana
Pros:

En general tanto el alojamiento como el personal son excelentes. Las comidas han sido bastante buenas, la tranquilidad del comedor, sin colas nos han sorprendido. En la piscina también reinaba la tranquilidad, sin problemas para poder coger una tumbona.

Cons:

La ubicación aporta esa tranquilidad que tiene, pero su conectividad con el centro del Puerto de la Cruz es mejorable. Los horarios del bus gratuito que ponen a disposición son escasos.
El gimnasio necesita una actualización, ya que los aparatos son antiguos y algunos estaban averiados o no funcionaban en condiciones, como las bicicletas.
Por último, la climatización de las estancias también es mejorable. El control del aire acondicionado de las habitaciones es muy limitado, y en pasillos y ascensor el calor era notable.

Hotel cómodo sin lujos pero muy limpio, tranquilo, el personal muy profesional y amable, el buffet está bastante bien, habitaciones con camas cómodas.

Cons:

Espero que vayan cambiando las bañeras por plato ducha.
