The staff were all very helpful,and lady at the desk gave us a free upgrade,as it was my partners Birthday the day we arrived.

Beds weren’t comfy and hotel was very loud
Stayed here for one night while attending the Nocturne Market and honestly, it couldn’t have been a better experience.
From the moment we checked in, the atmosphere felt warm and genuinely welcoming. The manager was attentive throughout our stay, always present and making sure everything ran smoothly right through to when the market ended, which didn’t go unnoticed.
A special mention to the two ladies running the bar, they were absolutely brilliant. So friendly, chatty, and welcoming, they really added to the whole vibe of the night and made it even more enjoyable.
And Jaynie on reception deserves her own spotlight. She was just wonderful. So kind, helpful, and an all-round lovely person who made us feel completely at ease from the start.
Every single member of staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy to help, and that kind of energy makes such a difference. You can’t fake that level of care, it really made our stay memorable.

The hotel is lovely, but be aware that they use a very strong signature scent. It’s a pleasant perfume, but it’s incredibly heavy in both the lobby and the rooms. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but it was definitely noticeable and might be a bit much if you’re sensitive to smells.

There was no pressure with the shower and extremely low flow.
Excellent value for money
The room was very comfortable and plenty of space, it was clean and had everything we needed.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was located away from the main building, in the courtyard area. There is an entrance accessible directly from the car park, which felt somewhat unsettling at night, as anyone could easily walk around the corner and enter the building.
