Room quality, staff and overall comfort
Everything was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights and we were touched by the hospitality--both Institutional and individual. From complimentary airport transfers to the breakfast and dinner buffet spreads, we did not get a chance to complain.
To especially name a few people who always made us feel special:
Abid, from housekeeping, with his impeccable manners and wonderful service.
Abhinanda at the reception who offered us a late check out on knowing our flight schedule.
Chef Chinna at Turquoise, who uncomplainingly prepared dishes for us that were not on the menu.
Sridhar, Nasir, Nitin, Arkava would all get 5 stars for their kindness and hospitality. Some of them even conspired with Chef Chinna to prepare some gongura pickle (which I said I loved) for us to take home. And there was a farewell cake!
All in all, an unforgettable experience.

Hote;ls can tend to be sterile and cold places . This one had a sense of warmth and there was a personal touch . To memtion names , Himani , Mazhar , Harsha at the front desk , Mansi of Guest experiences ...Srinivas of Housekeeping who went the extra mile to tend to what we asked for and left a lovely hand written note ( which my daughter has preserved as a memory ) along with a set of small eateries ..
The fag end of our stay had us extend a day more to tend to a bit of pending work and the rest of the time was gainfully spent just to relax before getting back to the business of everyday life .
The breakfast spread was extensive and and well represented for different tastes and preferences .
The room was adequately large , clean , large comfortable beds and had a nice view
While all was good , felt a few additions could help.
#The working area in the room has one chair ...whch is a liitle awkward if two people have to be working or eating together .there .A small folding stool or chair would help
# The shower area could have a safety handrail . Older / infirm guests may slip and fall ,and ,given that for the elderly that is a potentially high risk area ,it would reduce that possibility
# I don't fully recall but in case not,there , tactile floor signs in the elevators would help guests with visual impairment .
Many more persons with disabilities travel now and it would help to have some modifications , As a film maker , have
documented several subjects negotiate this struggle with indifferent facilities . Perhaps you do have some rooms geared
to that end .
# The water jet next to the commode needed some turning down . Too much pressure and a blast of water !
Oveall an excellent experience. Hotel Ambiance was great. Staff was hospitable and Rooms were excellent.

My experience at Le Meridien Hyderabad was disappointing, mainly due to the dinner service and how the issue was handled.
During dinner, the potato dish was half-cooked and the chapati was delayed. I had ordered vanilla ice-cream but was served strawberry instead, and the taste was poor. When I raised this with the buffet staff, I was told vanilla ice-cream would take time and could be sent to my room later. The response felt reluctant, with no immediate corrective action.
I left the buffet frustrated and called the reception the same night. My call was transferred back to the buffet, where explanations were given but still no action was taken. There was no follow-up or effort to resolve the issue during my stay.
I posted my feedback online the same day. Only the next evening did someone contact me by message and phone. This gave a clear impression that action was taken only after the review was posted, not when the customer raised the issue in real time.
Food quality and, more importantly, lack of ownership and responsiveness are not what one expects from a hotel of this category. This experience significantly affected my stay
The lift was not working properly and the staff were least bothered to provide access to my room
