Lo que más nos gustó fue el buffet por la variedad de platos en todas las comidas. Un punto a favor es que aunque no tengas pensión completa puedes comer por 12€/persona. También es de agradecer que puedes dejar las maletas al llegar, y también te ofrecen duchas de cortesía tanto a la entrada como a la salida para que puedas disfrutar de las instalaciones en todo momento. Los espectáculos nocturnos en el salón jacaranda están muy bien, recomendables. En general una estancia muy buena.

Stanza e bagno spaziosi e puliti.Piscine pulite e molto ben organizzate con ampia scelta di spazi dove poter prendere il sole e spazi all'ombra. Struttura con molto verde.Orari ampi di ristorazione. Receptionist molto cordiali, disponibili e preparati.

Situado en un lugar inmejorable, y con unas instalaciones maravillosas. Habitaciones amplias, excelente buffet y un trato inmejorable por parte de todo el personal, hacen de el un lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Volveremos una y otra vez!

Very honest review after returning from a 10 day holiday with our children (5 & 6 years old).

Location - Great location, short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc.

Hotel - Hardly any Aircon! No aircon in the reception, entertainment or restaurant areas. Aircon in the rooms work but not enough. It's an outdated hotel, with some areas needing work. Pools are overcrowded on the bottom level and you need to be up putting a towel down at 6am to get a sunbed. The splash park is quieter (opens at 10) and the kids loved it, however they kept cutting their feet for the first few days on broken tiles - recommend wearing pool shoes! Rooms have a very basic clean everyday - (pre warning- the cleaners do not take notice of the do not disturb sign on the door and walk in without knocking). Our shower wasn't working so reported it to reception and it was fixed the same day.

Entertainment - we never saw any day entertainment for the children. There was one lifeguard at the splash park who was brilliant and engaged with the children. Evening entertainment was very basic.

Food and drink- Always food available. Restaurant was lovely and clean. Food was nice although a little repetitive. All inclusive cocktails were not the greatest but you can pay for premium ones. Staff in the restaurant are lovely.

Late checkout- check out was at 12pm and our transfer was at 7.30pm. you need to go to reception at 8am in the morning to see if you can pay for a later checkout. We were only offered 1 extra hour in the room which is not ideal with young children.

Overall, we did not think this is a 4 star hotel. It needs updating/repairs and for the money we paid, we expected more.

We’ve just returned as a group of 15 after a 10-night all inclusive stay with a mix of adults and children aged 5–16. Overall, it had a few real positives for families, but there were also some issues that affected the comfort and the overall “4-star” feel.

What we really liked
Pools & splash pool were great, especially for the children.
Sunbed availability:despite the size of our group and the number of guests, we were genuinely amazed that we never struggled to find sunbeds.

Where it didn’t feel great

Rooms are basic:they have everything you need, but they looked tired and could definitely do with updating (especially decor and general upkeep)..

Beds weren’t comfortable or several members of our group.

Tea/coffee provisions: only provided on arrival. After that, you have to pay around €3 per day to have it topped up.

Fridge refills were limited on arrival it included just a small water bottle plus a Coke and Fanta For an all-inclusive stay, this felt quite sparse.

Water availability: we found it wasn’t easy to get water around the hotel before 10am

Food quality:
there was always a choice available, but the quality wasn’t what we expected. It felt heavily focused on seafood/fish, and although there was usually something we could eat, there were a few nights where the options weren’t great.

Drinks:
the self-serve bar setup was a positive and drinks were topped up regularly.

Snacks throughout the day:
the snack bar was okay (fries, burgers etc.), and it meant the kids had something accessible between meals.

Entertainment & atmosphere

Hotel entertainment was very hit and miss.

Out of the 10 nights, there was only one evening that we genuinely enjoyed/watched properly even the children didn’t seem interested.

The entertainment area is indoors without air conditioning and on some evenings it became uncomfortably warm, leading us to leave.

Staff
Some staff were polite, but overall we found many were unhelpful or dismissive, especially when trying to sort issues or ask questions.

Cleaning / maid service (important for us)
Daily maid service felt poor.
-We found cigarette ends and rubbish under the beds on arrival, and unfortunately these were still there when we left.
We found a bag of cannabis on the balcony on arrival this area had obviously not been cleaned
Towels weren’t always changed as expected.

Would we return?
-Honestly, it isn’t a hotel we’d return to and in our view it isn't 4 star and more like a 2 star
- The pools are a definite highlight, but overall the experience fell short of expectations for us — especially for cleanliness, comfort, food quality, and the entertainment.

We had a great time, weather was lovely and pools were great!

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las piscinas , ya que tiene varias climatizadas y una de toboganes para niños .

Interconnecting rooms
We had room A519-A520 these rooms were spacious, basic and clean and minimal noise, was so handy keeping the interconnecting doors open, family of 6 (2 adults 4 children)

Fridges, safes and kettles.

Staff were all lovely and friendly.

Hotel was basic, clean and tidy.

Food was repetitive yet edible and a big selection and there's microwaves if you want to give your food a quick zap.

Entertainment was ok, kids enjoyed the disco and Micheal Jackson show.
We didn't use the piano bar.

Pools were all great 👍 floor around pools were too hit to walk on!

(Location is excellent, everything was so close by!
We loved siam park, loro parq and monkey park. Taxis were cheap. The market was good, and you can really haggle prices down at the market and in asian shops. The location and views are perfect. There's so much we wanted to do and didn't have time to do. We won't return to Tenerife as it's gone down hill a lot since the last time we were there 10 years ago but we throughly enjoyed ourselves and this hotel, we were very glad to have booked via Jet2 all inclusive with the unlimited Siam park, we definitely needed 10days for sure, we ate out a few times)
