Nice hotel, clean etc.
We had to go out for drinks during the day. Never been served wine and beer in paper Pepsi cups!!.

Staff in hotel were very good, efficient and helpful. We asked for blankets and they were promptly provided. All the facilities were kept in good order and well maintained. Food and choice of it was good and plentyful, well presented and enable.
This is a big hotel that is about 500m away from the beachfront, there's a good choice of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
I would use this hotel again and recommend it.
The only mild criticism that I could make is that the furniture in the room looks tired but works fine.
Clean nice food friendly staff
Hotel too big very confusing to find your way around. No cash and could not pay as you go it was put on the room which was awkward. Very loud music playing from 10 in the morning by pool, our room was just over pool.
The hotel is in a good location close to beach, bars and restaurants. The food was decent enough, particularly liked the snack bar. Pool areas were large and plenty sunbeds available. They left a bottle of Cava and birthday card in the room for my partners birthday which was a nice touch. Staff were generally attentive and friendly.
The bedrooms and areas of hotel were quite dated and tired. Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and the air conditioning was terrible. The design of the balcony doors also meant they couldn’t be left open at all to let fresh air in. The shower was very poor with just a thin trickle of water.

We was there for St Patrick's Day everywhere was absolutely brilliant entertainment I would recommend anybody to come week brilliant
Food is really good. Lot of options in Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner.

La piscinas es maravillosa ,y lo grande que son los espacios para poder estar comodos ya que el hotel es muy grande y no estar todos aglomerados, fantasticos espacios y diferentes espacios..

Ēdiens visumā labs. Gan brokastis, gan vakariņas bagātīgas, ar lielu izvēli. Taču pusdienot labāk kaut kur ārpus viesnīcas. Starp citu, turpat pāri ielai pie veikaltirdziņiem bija ēstuve, kuru apmeklē pārsvarā vietējie un tur par samērīgām cenām arī lieliskas pusdienu maltītes varēja ieturēt.
Grūti šobrīd atcerēties ko tādu, kas būtu bijis slikti. Varbūt vienīgi tas, ka viesnīcas teritorija ir ļoti liela un ja ir jāpārvietojas ar liftu, tad bieži nākas gaidīt.
Very Clean hotel and pool area.
The loud pool side music that started every morning at 10am. This is a bit early for people that are on holidays.
The location and the buffet
There was no room services and after the trip we noticed that we have a lot of bed bugs and we still suffering and for the parking you must pay extra and the garage door was very complicated
We had a wonderful stay at hotel. Very friendly staff, great food service and selection catered for everyone’s needs.
