Hotel Best Jacaranda

Perfect location. Clean comfortable and helpful staff

We read plenty of positive reviews before booking, with most people simply mentioning that the hotel was “a little dated” — unfortunately our experience was far more disappointing than expected.

From the moment we arrived, things didn’t start well. Check-in was incredibly slow and our room wasn't ready. After waiting over two hours and returning later, we then spent another 20 minutes queuing just to collect the key.

At first glance the room looked spacious, with twin beds and a sofa bed for my son, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues quickly became obvious. We found hair on the bedsheets, dusty sockets, several plugs that didn’t work, dirty glasses, dust and hair on the sofa bed cushions, and even what looked like toothpaste splatter on the bathroom door. The patio door barely opened unless lifted, and there was no WiFi signal in the room at all.

The food was decent enough with plenty of choice, although clearer signage at dinner would have helped. One positive throughout the stay was the staff in the restaurant and piano bar, who were always polite and welcoming.

Sadly, the maintenance issues extended across the hotel. Around the pool there were broken sun loungers, damaged umbrellas, and lifting flooring, so we ended up spending most of our holiday at the beach instead. Even the communal toilets were in poor condition, with leaking pipework and hand dryers hanging off the walls.

This hotel is desperately in need of a major refurbishment and in our opinion falls far short of a 4-star standard. Having stayed in many 4-star hotels on the island before, this was easily the most disappointing. Sadly, we wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The animacion team were amazing with my little girl throughout the holiday. She loved the kids club and spent every day there. Maitane, Dario, and Mattia were friendly around the resort and really good with the kids (and adults) . The food was nice and a different theme every night for tea. Our room was abit dark due to it being on the ground floor but comfy and the maids were lovely. Overall a nice stay at the jacaranda

Готель непоганий, якщо у вас немає очікувань. Номер на фото і вживу відрізняється, номер трохи "поживший", старі меблі, ліжко скрипить. У номері є чайник пару пакетиків чаю з кавою, але доведеться додатково заплатити аби вам попповнили їх запаси. Їжа різноманітна, кожен день нова тематика (рибний вечір, вок бокси, фонтани з шоколадом та інше). Басейн з ледь теплою водою, для рушників можна заплатити депозит в 10 евро на рушник, депозит повернуть після повернення рушників. Є деякі денні та вечірні програми для розваг. Цей готель підходить для поїздок - не дешево і сердито, бо вартість не виправдовує сервіс.

My First time staying here, we read mixed reviews before coming. The negative reviews were mainly around the food but to be honest we found the food was good each night had its own food orientated theme and there was always plenty of choice.
My daughter is a fussy eater and there was always options for her every meal.
The Hotel had plenty of pools and areas to relax or have fun. The heated pool was probably the liveliest but we enjoyed relacing on the roof top pool which was quiter and had its own bar.
The entertainment was good there was a good variety both for kids and later for adults.
The location of the Hotel is great for exploring Costa Adeje and has nearby buses to Siam Park, Loro Park and otjer great Tourist Attractions.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitly go back.

Our annual golf trip, hotel was fantastic location for our 5 rounds of golf. We chose the half board option, worked very well for us.
Clean, staff were excellent too.

We went to this hotel last year and liked it so much we went back this year and intend to return next year. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is excellent, a wide choice and all delicious. The staff are pleasant especially dining room always happy and helpful . The areas for sitting and sunbathing are great (only quibble, they moved the covered beds to another part which we did not like the sun wasn't really reaching it for long) The hotel is in a great part of town and easy to get about

Location is nice atmosphere definitely for the young under 18s, value is alright the rooms are decent and clean, found cockroaches in the bathroom downstairs though a bit grim.

Best mini disco and animation team. Kept our little boy age 4 entertained during our stay. Big shout out to Maitane (M), Mattia, Dario, and Alexis who were welcoming from our first day.

Excellent location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach.
The hotel had a very good atmosphere, all staff members very friendly and polite.
We sent a email before our stay asking for a room on a high floor with double bed, Which was on record and supplied. We were upgraded to a family room on a high floor. We were very happy about this. We found the room very comfortable and cleaned daily.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the best jacaranda and feel it was excellent value, everything including food was perfect. We would definitely recommend and return to this hotel in future

we loved everything apart from the fact that everybody's doors seemed to slam shut so when people were getting up early for breakfast it was a constant sound of people talking right outside the door and the door slamming waking us up each morning
