Good location, very large hotel, the buffet served more than enough options by far, I am not one who likes a bland buffet and even I found lots of good, high protein, well seasoned meals, one night they had a delicious paella. Nice roof top pool area, was happy with the room as well.
I don’t have any complaints, noise in the room was quite loud due to thin walls but what can you do it’s life

This definitely NOT a 4 hotel the rooms are very dated and tatty .We were in room 426 and to be honest as soon as we opened the door it felt depressing .We faced the main road the balcony was dark with no sunshine at all !.It felt like being put in a cell .We went as a family of 8 so 4 in one room and 4 in the other we weren’t put next door to each other as is general practice for a group booking we were miles apart from other.
The hotel is a big hotel which had as I can only explain as dark tunnels to other parts of the hotel.
The staff are generally polite but some are rude !The cleaners weren’t the best they either come first thing in the morning and get you up or late afternoon when you feel like a siesta 🙄and don’t clean to good standard .
The food is edible I suppose but it is li”luke warm and repetitive .
I would not come back to this hotel it really is a dump more like 2 star and we payed for a 4 star hotel.
The beach is not far from this hotel, and there is a shopping strip right outside including a supermarket. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are 3 pools on the ground floor and another couple on level 5. The hotel runs activities every evening, from gymnastics displays to cabaret acts. The food is wide ranging for a variety of different tastes. Great value for money. We will definitely be going again.
Eduardo and Ana were fantastic with us in all the activities. The animation team was great.

Nice location, near the beach and kind staff
Installations need renewal. All included option does not include drinks. Reception and restaurant staff doesn't inform about it. However, they give you a receipt without inform you about the price and that the drinks will be charged to the room.

Ana was very kind. She loves her job
Location is good, near to beach, shopping centers and busstop. The hotel is a bit out dated, you can see that in the halls and bathroom (block G). Lobby, restaurant and pool are better maintained.
The beds are a bit stiff, but that is what I like (75-80kg). I had a good night sleep, even without alcohol :). Everyday the room is cleaned properly.
Staff is very friendly at reception, restaurant and bar(s).
The restaurant lacks atmosphere, but I didn't mind. Food was good enough. Every day there is a different theme for diner.
There was some noise when other guests walked down the hall with suite cases, due to the tiles. No other noises which had an effect on the stay.
In my opinion price/quality value is good.

Хороший отель , очень приветливый персонал. Номера убирались каждый день .Разнообразная и вкусная еда .В шаговой доступности пляж , рестораны и прочие развлечения.Зеленая и ухоженная территория.
Возле главного бассейна курить запрещено, нужно выходить из отеля и курить стоя возле урны, не очень приятно идти через все лобби отеля в купальнике.Курить можно возле бассейна на крыше , в уголке отведенным для курильщиков.
Кровати - они были на колесиках которые фиксировались что бы кровать не ездила по полу, но даже эти фиксаторы не помогали , кровать очень перемещалась даже после того как ты повернулся на другой бок. Мы с мужем засыпали рядом а просыпались по отдельности , так как две односпальные кровати сдвинутые в одну за ночь отдалялись друг от друга 😂
