Pros:

La limpieza, el personal muy amable todo correcto. Las instalaciones estaban bien la ubicación en el centro del puerto, si bien no hay parking a 2 calles está el parking del muelle que es gratis , la comida correcta.

Cons:

No hubo nada en concreto que me pareciera mal, si es por decir algo para mejorar sería bueno que con el tiempo se actualizaran las TV para conectar a internet y poder poner Netflix o YouTube

Pros:

Estuvimos muy cómodas en el apartamento, las habitaciones son grandes y tienen cocina y están bastante limpias.

Cons:

No me gusto que justo desde la habitación enfrente estaba un cementerio.

Tampoco nos gustó que al llegar preguntamos por recomendaciones de la isla en recepción y nos pintaron todo bastante feo sobre qué sitios visitar y que el turismo masivo estaba afectando mucho. Aún así, disfrutamos mucho de la isla.

Un bellissimo albergo nel centro di Puerto de la Cruz
Pros:

Albergo molto bello, camera pulita e spaziosa. Lo staff ci ha mandato un messaggio prima dell'arrivo per aiutarci a trovare parcheggio (cosa non banale in città).

Een vaste waarde in het overgrote aanbod hotels
Pros:

De ligging : rustig en echt kort bij wandelpromenade van het strand en het authentieke Punta Brava + amper 5 min van het busstation om vele uitstapjes te doen en ook wandelafstand van het prachtige centrum met vele restaurantjes en shopping - heel mooie en ruime kamers - Puerto de la Cruz is een groene stad vol verrassingen en bezienswaardigheden

Cons:

Water van het zwembad zou toch iets meer mogen verwarmd worden in de wintermaanden

Estancia muy buena!
Pros:

Nos ha encantado el hotel!
La habitación es muy amplia, estaba muy limpia y la cama es comodísima.
El desayuno es muy completo y la ubicación está genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Un rincón de calma y confort
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, la experiencia superó nuestras expectativas, ya que, por cortesía del hotel, nos ofrecieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado, todo un detalle que marcó la diferencia.

La habitación era impecable: muy limpia, ordenada y con una cama extremadamente cómoda que nos permitió descansar a la perfección. Además, el servicio fue en todo momento muy amable y atento, haciéndonos sentir realmente bien acogidos.

La localización es otro de sus grandes puntos fuertes, ideal para disfrutar del entorno. Aunque nuestra estancia coincidió con una época menos calurosa, estamos seguros de que en pleno verano la experiencia habría sido aún mejor, especialmente por la piscina.

Uno de los momentos más especiales fue poder disfrutar de la pequeña terraza de nuestra habitación, donde desayunábamos frente a la piscina mientras escuchábamos el canto de los pájaros. Sin duda, un ambiente relajante y perfecto para desconectar.

Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Sinceramente, no encontramos ningún aspecto negativo durante nuestra estancia, ya que todo fue excelente y estuvo a la altura (o incluso por encima) de nuestras expectativas.

Si tuviéramos que mencionar algo, sería el mal tiempo que nos acompañó durante esos días, pero obviamente es algo totalmente ajeno al hotel.

Por lo demás, todo impecable.

Pros:

Бассейн, просторные номера, большие кровати,, горячая вода стабильна, балкон. Близко пляж, пару неплохих ресторанов, Лоро парк. Все в пешей доступности.

Cons:

В номерах только мыло, другой косметики нет.
Прямо на улице отеля не удалось найти парковку, в 5 минутах ходьбы парк
овались.
