Me gustó todo: trato, limpieza, instalaciones reformadas, comodidad, etc. Pero que no tenga aire acondicionado es inexplicable...

Cons:

Que no tenga aire acondicionado. Algo inexplicable en Canarias. Inviable en verano. Además, por la orientación de la habitación, no corría nada de aire aunque tuvieras las ventanas abiertas.

Estancia agradable y centrica.
Pros:

El buffet del desayuno era muy completo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están limpias.La ubicación es perfecta, es centrica. Salíamos a cenar fuera todos los días y aunque no hay mucho sitio para aparcar, el personal del hotel nos informó de un parking gratuito cercano al hotel donde aparcamos sin problema.

Cons:

No hemos tenido buen tiempo y no hemos podido usar la piscina todo lo que nos hubiera gustado. El baño tiene bañera y prefiero ducha. El hotel es estupendo, volveremos.

Desconexión y tranquilidad
Pros:

El sitio perfecto para desconectar unos días. Personal muy amable. Comida rica. Camas cómodas. Piscina fantástica.

Cons:

Todo bien. Muchos mosquitos, aunque no es culpa del hotel, pero por tenerlo en cuenta, porque no hay aire acondicionado y aunque estuvimos bien, no era verano aún y podiamos tenerlo todo cerrado.

Camas amplias y cómodas. Mini nevera en la habitación. Pequeña zona de terraza con sillas y mesa. Armarios grandes con varias perchas. Mesas de noche con luz individual y enchufe cerca. Buena ubicación (a 5 min caminando de una zona de aparcamiento gratuito en la Explanada, a 10 min caminando del Lago Martianez, a 5 min en coche del Loro Parque). .
