Die Sauberkeit, das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet, die super Lage zum Busbahnhof und zur Innenstadt, das man schnell am Strand ist. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels und der Pool.sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch, das dieses Hotel nicht so groß und unübersichtlich ist. Es ist auch im Hotel sehr leise. Ein rund um gelungener Aufenthalt für mich. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.

Excellent hotel, great location, wonderful in every sense.
Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel (last time was six years ago). Although a few things have changed, it is still excellent in every way. The staff is friendly and helpful, with great attention to detail, especially concerning cleanliness. They do everything possible to make the guests welcome. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choices -- everything top-rate. Excellent wi-fi at all times. The location cannot be any better in a quiet part of the centre of town, and about a ten-minute walk to the beach, the central bus station, a supermarket, and the town's main square with many restaurants, cafes, and small shops.

Zimmer sehr gut, Anlage perfekt und sehr gepflegt, Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich, etwas abseits gelegen, aber fußläufig der Logo Parque erreichbar,

San Borondon danke!
Pros:

El trato del personal, especialmente Daniel de Tortosa amable y simpático, nuestro peque de 5 años deseaba encontrárselo al volver, "Y estará Daniel?". El restaurante buenísimo todo. Ambiente tranquilo y la habitación espaciosa. El servicio de limpieza impecable. Volveríamos mil veces.

Cons:

Por decir algo, un zumbido nocturno de una máquina 1 día. Pero pudimos dormir perfectamente.

L'accueil du personnel. La situation de l'hôtel ( près du terminal des Bus, de la plage, des restaurants).
Accès aux lieux facilité pour personnes handicapées, à l'extérieur comme intérieur de l'établissement.
Propreté.

Just the best place to stay!!
Pros:

The hotel was an ideal place for me to stay...the location, the outdoor pool area, the lush gardens, my large room overlooking the pool, but most of all, the reception staff, especially Virginia and Daniel. My partner had a major accident which resulted in hospital stay of 2 weeks. Virginia and Daniel were so wonderful in accommodating my extra days in the hotel. They are both fluent in English and were very supportive throughout my difficult time.

Cons:

The wifi signal did not follow you from place to place throughout the hotel. It was difficult to reconnect the wifi signal when I returned to my room. The wifi signal was reliable in the reception area but disconnected upon return to my room.
