Pros:

La habitación es ideal para una familia, amplia y espaciosa. La posición del hotel es excelente. Te olvidas del coche y llegas caminando en 7 minutos al centro del Puerto. La piscina también muy acogedora.

Cons:

El primer día no nos pudimos duchar con agua caliente, pero lo comunicamos en recepción y al día siguiente arreglaron el problema

Pros:

Todo, ubicación, limpieza, trato del personal, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, encontramos además aparcamiento al lado del hotel todos los días, no se escucha nada de las habitaciones cercanas y las camadas son muy cómodas. Si volvemos a Tenerife me alojaría aquí de nuevo

Alte Zimmern aber Personal nett.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super aber das Hotelzimmer ist sehr alt. Keine richtige Türen. Ausstattung ist gleich null. Personal ist nett.

Auf den Bilder sieht man nicht, wie alt die Zimmern sind.

Excellent séjour à Puerto de la Cruz qui permet de visiter tout le nord de l'île.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé et pratique car proche de la centrale des bus, de la plage et du centre animé. Piscine très propre et bien surveillée, salle de sport à disposition. Studio pratique avec cuisine à disposition et balcon. Quartier calme pour bien dormir.

Cons:

Grille-pain qui ne s'arrête pas automatiquement, il faut impérativement surveiller son pain et arrêter l'appareil manuellement. Le tiroir à services est à nettoyer ainsi que les murs de la salle-de-bain.

Todo genial, buena ubicación con aparcamiento cerca si alquilas coche y una explanada a 5 minutos. Buena ubicación para ir andando a la mayoría de lugares en Puerto de la Cruz

Una de las ventanas no tenía persiana y mi habitación daba al recibidor por lo que temprano se escuchaba el ruido, pero no nos importó porque madrugábamos para visitar la isla
